I own a 2015 and I think it's an excellent vehicle, The heat and Air conditioning works great. I like that the side mirrors defrost automatically I think that's a great feature in the winter. I've never had an issue with the engine it runs fantastic and goes forever on a tank of gas. 25 combined mpg

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I had to trade in a Brand New Bronco 2025 with under 1000 miles because it wasn?t the car of my dreams. I waited four years to buy my car outright. I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

Overall this van is a good investment. Seems to be reliable, and dependable. Have had one issue with the catalytic converter going bad at 68000 miles. Have just put 2nd set of front brakes on. Brakes should last more than 40000 miles.

I've bought many new and certified vehicles in my life and I've come to learn that it is just as important to read dealership reviews as it is car reviews. I moved around the corner from Haldemann Ford in East Windsor and needed to trade in my Honda sedan for a 3 row SUV for a family member's easier access and the birth of a new grandchild. I decided on Haldemann Ford because I've owned several Ford and Mercury vehicles and had only good, reliable experiences. I decided to shop this dealership first because of their reviews and inventory, but mostly their reviews and word of mouth from a trusted coworker. I was not in a hurry to buy and shopped a lot online. When I finally decided there were a couple vehicles I wanted to check out, I went in and was routed to salesman Howard Salmon. He listened to my shopping needs and without pressure guided me to the vehicles I was interested in, let me ask questions which he patiently and truthfully answered, recommended a vehicle that met my needs and was in my desired price range but did not pressure me when I turned it down in favor of a different one of the same model that was a few thousand above my range. I did my due diligence with regard to features and pricing and without any spin or major strife, Howard got me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. No mind games or power play between us. Just pure honesty and his desire to help me get what I wanted and needed. Now for the part I stress over the most...dealing with the finance guy. Pleasant, no pressure and stress-free and I was able to add the bumper to bumper extended warranty and remain within my price range and finance term. The added bonus is knowing they are right around the corner when I want my car serviced. This was among the best car-buying experiences I've had in 40 years of car buying. I've had the Explorer a few months and i'm still as happy as the day I bought it.

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

I was in the process of buying a used Ford F-150 . With no luck in shopping around with other dealers. I came across High Quality Auto and noticed a few trucks that I was interested in. So I filled out one of the forms on Sunday night and Jay called me Monday morning. I really have to say Jay is very professional and the business does no beat around the bush about their trucks. Top notch and very clean trucks which is what I was shopping for and within my price range. Other dealers I really felt the xxxxxxxxx with one I’ll never forget. I spoke with a sales rep with a truck that I was interested in. I asked certain questions and one which was that if it was in an accident. Low and behold I put the A/C on and glass just shot out of every vent possible... SMH But with High Quality Auto you can see that there’s no strings attached and they stand by their word with the quality and price of the trucks that they sell. Even though my truck is a 2010 which is what I was shopping for it runs and feels like a new truck. And back to Jay he called me 2xs just to make sure that I’m still satisfied and that the truck is running well with no problems... I highly recommend High Quailty Auto in Burlington NJ ...
