He also have the vehicle washed before my visit. He was very prepared. I did not buy on that day but I’m hoping to return should they agree to be flexible on their pricing. Seems like a well run dealership.

Dealt with Billy, sales manager, Frank, salesperson, and Dennis, finance-person. Professional and honest (all three). We drove 3 - 4 hours from Connecticut to see a 2018, Ford Edge, SEL. Of course, I called for it’s availability. After speaking with Billy, he advised me to think it over before taking such a long drive, however, he will gladly hold the vehicle for 4 hours without any strings attached. He asked that I call him, if I changed my mind from the drive so he can sell the car if needed be. He promised that the car will be available for my family. We took the journey! We arrived 4 hours later. The car was there! Met Billy. He immediately introduced us to Frank. Frank was ready, kind, and professional. Catered to my family and trusted us with car. After 30-45 minutes of test driving. We came back, ready to “negotiate”. Ready, to go “back-and-forth” with the sales people. Ready, to hear the “hidden fees”. We met with Frank, and guess what?! No dealer fees! No doc fees! The price you see, that’s it! We even got a discount on the vehicle! Yes, in this market! We got a discount! We bought the car. I purchased my 15 passenger for my daycare and it was a phenomenal vehicle. The kids loved going in field trips and it was the perfect size for all of us with a couple added parents. I would recommend this vehicle!

Excellent Service, Asking Price Was The Price I Paid No Hidden Nonsense Like The Rest.

Purchased this vehicle as an alternative to the AWD SUV I had planned on getting. Was very reluctant at first but ended up making the deal. Wanted an AWD SUV to start doing road trips across America starting in 2019. Gave it 5 STARS Reliability, but C-Mon it only has 300 miles on it so look at longer term owners for a Reliability score. Family ended up needing a vehicle capable of being used part time as a wheelchair ramp vehicle, and the Promaster had the lowest load floor of the full size vans. So that's what I looked at and ended up purchasing. Got the 136" wheelbase high roof, and after owning it a couple weeks went from meh to absolutely loving this vehicle. It felt huge at first, you sit higher than 4x4 1 ton trucks, and it's over 6' wide internally! Yet despite it's intimidating factor it still fits if just barely into any normal parking spot! It's the perfect size for a non commercial user like me, tons of room internally but can park anywhere. I've owned tons of new and used trucks over the years and even I was a bit iffy driving this at first. Poor visibility as it has no windows out back, but the great side mirrors and backup camera quickly took away that intimidation factor. Now it feels just like a very tall Minivan and I can drive it around parking lots with ease. What amazes me even after a few hundred miles is the turning circle! I swear it has a tighter turning circle than my 2014 Nissan Altima that's my daily driver! It's insane how it can make U-Turns and swing around in parking lots so easily. Finally the more I look over the vehicle the more I love how they built it. They claim it's the easiest and cheapest commercial van to service and maintain and I'm a believer now. Fuel Pump access is under a cover in the cab, and almost everything for normal maintenance and repair is easily accessed via floor hatches or under the hood. The interior is very odd looking but functional, the Ford has a much nicer looking Dashboard layout though. I do have to say though this Promaster's dashboard feels very durable and just makes it feel like a big rig compared to a wagon like the Fords did. I may be weird but I like feeling like I'm driving a Big Rig and ended up even loving that. Really my only complaint for the vehicle is the interior paint. I've hauled a few things so far and I swear the paint on the interior floor scratches just looking at it! I have ordered Hurculiner to roll onto the floor and wheel housings so I never had to worry about it again. Plan on doing 3 coats just to give it a nice thick barrier to protect the metal. Didn't really want to buy this 'Stupid Bug-eyed Van' as I called it at first... But good god I've ended up falling in love with it's useful design quirks and honestly fun to drive around high seating position! I swear I feel I could put anything in it and it would haul it without complaint, and the lower load floor has no step on the side or back doors and is level all the way across.

Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

Mike has sold us Chevy vehicles for years. For personal use including our kids’ first cars and also multiple vehicles for our business. Got it for a delivery service. I retired but still have the e250 it has 449,xxx miles on it and still runs and drives great! No major repairs just the usual I can't get rid of it because of the high mileage and really don't want to. It has the 4.6 They say its the best motor and I believe it!

Bianco is great place to buy a car, they have great used cars at affordable prices. Both Frank and Ed are very helpful they’ll get out of their way to help their customers when something goes wrong with the vehicles they sell. When my car broke down they fixed it at no cost, they replaced a mass air flow sensor all oxygen sensors, two catalytic converters both front and back and a tune up if thats not enough. This is a reputable business, honest, and transparent, I will buy another vehicle from them when the time comes.

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

I needed a new work vehicle immediatly. The Transit Connect filled my needs. A no frills work vehicle. Comfortable, with outstanding gas mileage. more suited for my work than a previously owned E-150 cargo van.

If you have a big family or car pool like I do you need this van wow I love my new / used van plenty of room and if you don’t need some seats you can remove them to make room for other things if needed
