Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

My husband and I felt like all personnel were extremely caring and thorough in the whole process. Since I use a rollator, the gentlemen made what accommodations they could to aide me. One example is that when we were leaving after the purchase, they drove the car onto the sales floor to facilitate me leaving.

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

The Express 2500 Van is a heavy duty van platform with tons of configuration options from the manufacturer and the aftermarket. There are 3 engine choices and several trim levels to suit. Great unit!

I am 53 years old, and have bought several vehicles over my lifetime. In the past I have traditionally been a Ford guy. I was treated poorly in my opinion by Swope Ford and refuse to go back. When I stepped into BIG M, I had a completely different experience. I was greeted instantly, I was helped throughout the entire process (even when we were difficult, and couldn?t decide). I found Coyle online while shopping for a new 2016 Nissan Rouge. There weren't many left as the 2017 model is out and there were great discounts available for that reason. They were about the only dealership that had what I was looking for and were responsive to my inquiries about the vehicle. So, I drove about 85 miles to get the car and even though I got there rather late, they had the car prepped and ready to go. We got the deal done quickly and I was very impressed with the no nonsense approach by the dealership. It was a truly enjoyable experience.

Has bit of notable road noise but you have to expect that with a cargo type van. Only had it 4 days now but I like it.

This Heavy Duty work van is set up very well from the factory. The factory-installed shelving and roomy cargo area beat the competition hands down. The added advantage of a very comfortable passenger area, with a variety of storage compartments, cupholders, and bends, works great as a secondary office space when on the road. Mechanically the vehicle has been trouble-free. A welcome change from the other brands I've used over the years.

My husband and I purchased a GMC Acadia from Veenus back in February, and we were nothing short of pleased with our experience. Tarik was an excellent salesman, answering all questions we had about the vehicle as well as talking us through finance options. The waiting area was comfortable, with free snacks and drinks, and suckers which my 3 year old appreciated! We are in love with our car, which was used but looked brand new due to the work and care that they put into the vehicle ahead of time. Excellent Service! Our initial contact was with Dustin but we also worked with Jason as the deal progressed. Extremely responsive and timely. We asked for their best out the door price and they didn't hesitate to give us a price well below the website asking price and frankly told us that was the best they could do. We felt it was great price for the vehicle in question and that sealed the deal. We purchased long-distance, living in WI so we were purchasing without a test drive or in person inspection, but the vehicle is flawless and was well represented. The final purchase took a few weeks to send paperwork back and forth and secure financing but we had the time. Isaac's even coordinated a transport service to get the vehicle to us. Overall it has been an easy process and Dustin and Jason have been patient and very responsive to all our questions. We obviously don't live in the area but I would highly recommend Isaac's to anyone in the area or considering a purchase, even if long-distant! Thank you!

This white van was surprisingly roomy and quick. Gas mileage is great. The price was reasonable and with the warranty I don't foresee any problems.
