I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

All purchase arrangements were made by phone or email and the vehicle was delivered to my home at a good distance from the dealer. All my questions have been answered quickly and satisfactorily. Due to distance, I will probably be getting service at my local Ford dealer.

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

I’m in the process of removing my earlier review, because wow. Absolutely wow. Everything has changed. It took a bit to get all of this done, but after escalation, it was a whirlwind how quickly and seriously our problems were taken. Our Bolt was brought in twice, had $3000 worth of work done on it, complimentary alignment, and complete understanding and empathy from the service team. I think we had experienced a rare moment of falling through the cracks a bit, and when I got it to someone’s attention, they made sure we got right back out of that crack and more than taken care of. Any of the trust we lost, was gained back and then some. Their sales teams was already amazing, but the service team really went above and beyond for us. I know who we’ll be buying cars from for years to come that’s for sure. When you’ve dealt with the absolute worst of the worst when it comes to car dealerships, you know these places are rare, and it’s even more important that’s celebrated and recommended. Go see them! I promise, they do want to help you get in the best car they can, and will make sure it keeps running when they do.

Van is roomey and reliable. But doors do not fit well and the vehicle didn't come with a jack. It does have a spare tire but no jack

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

I usually wouldn't spend time reviewing a car dealership, but after 2 easy, seamless transactions, I felt that I should at least share my experience and give praise to those who deserve it. I bought 2 new cars in the span of 4 months, the 2nd one being out of necessity. Because the first transaction in June was so easy, I felt compelled to go back for my 2nd new car as well. The process was so fast, efficient, and well handled. I couldn't be happier with Bowen Scarff and also with Randy Good. I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

Nothing but good things to say about the Ford Transit Connect Van. Easy to drive, great on gas mileage and extremely reliable. this has lots of room for our family of 6 plus tons of room for storage.
