I have 29 of these vans. Never had any major issues with. Make sure you do your regular maintenance on them and that’s all you need, engine and transmission are solid, rides amazing

I was looking to replace my 2009 HHR that was in great shape. It was my "forever car". I found it at Kirk auto, after looking within 3 states. The selection of used cars on the lot were all in great condition and the owner was amazing! When he says no additional fees he means it. I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

I got a message back within a hour or so from the dealer to get more info on a car my family was interested in. We were then assigned to Noah Phillips. He is very patient and kind, and willing to answer all of our questions. Because we’re out of state, it added more work for him but he persevered, even getting the dealer to agree to help fix some items on the car for us, which led to a sold car deal for him and a new (to us) car for us! We originally had a unpleasant experience here as first time customers but the new vehicle sales manager - Stephanie turned everything around. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the pre-order of our new vehicle and maintained stellar communication and customer service throughout the whole pre-order process. We were going to pre-order a custom 2023 Escalade - Sport Platinum however the wait would be 4-8 months! Stephanie mentioned they are getting one a little sooner with the Onyx package and sent us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We ultimately went with the one that will be arriving a little sooner (this fall!) We cannot wait until our new vehicle arrives! I will update my review once we purchase the car but so far I can say Stephanie is absolutely amazing! Ask for her if you are having any hesitations on purchasing new Cadillac! We just bought a new F-150 XLT yesterday. We dealt with Robert and Brian. They both were so professional and to the point on every single question. There was no pressure and very helpful. There was no going back and forth with the owner, to see if they could make a deal. They started with what we thought was a reasonable offer for a trade and a reasonable price for the new truck. We purchased a new F150 on Feb 2,2026. We had a great experience at the dealership and with our salesperson Mike McKinney. We felt Mike gave us a fair price on our trade-in and on the new truck. This was our first experience buying from this dealership since moving to Kansas and I'm sure won't be the last.

Dave was great to work with. I inquired online about a few vehicles and he knew the transaction was possibly a month or two out. He was patient, worked numbers, and communicative throughout the whole process. We ended up with a Bronco and love it!
