I ended up with the car I need. Edgar was very helpful in helping me find the Subaru legacy that I needed. A little work needs to be done, I know about the window being off track, now I'm shaking as if I have a sunken ball joint. I was told the window would be taken care of, I'm really hoping this is too. I will be purchasing a second vehicle with my tax refund, which would make my third purchase. I would rate Bob valenti an 8.5 out of ten and my salesman a 9.5 out of ten. I've never purchased a car from a dealership more than once anywhere else and for good reason!

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

Really enjoyed this car buying experience. When the car started acting up they were all over it and fo t it to a Ford dealership for diagnostics. Literally refused to let them send the car back until they were satisfied that my car is tip top. Can't say enough about Dave in sales, Phil their awesome mechanic who advocated for me like it was his own car. Then the GM met with me to talk about the experience and stand behind the car if the same problem recurs. Jessica at the desk made a rough week much nicer. Edwin was great to work with from the beginning. He reached out shortly after I inquired about the car and scheduled a time the next day to take a test drive. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I have been leasing Nissan?s my last few vehicles and my current Sentra was coming off of lease. I wanted to get into something with all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive. I previously left Executive Chevy a terrible review; I should note that the advisor who dropped the ball was NOT Steve in the Service Dept. He's actually right now trying to resolve this issue, which was unbeknownst to me. I believe in calling "xxxxx and strikes", and Steve is making an attempt to resolve which at this point is all we can ask for, as the previous Service Advisor did nothing. Understand there's a lot of red tape for him to deal with and we're keeping our fingers crossed he can work something out. I normally don't like to have to "MF" a business, but it was warranted because of past advisor ineptitude. Still not completely sold on Chevy's, but if Steve comes through it'll restore my faith in USA cars which I love, especially Chevy trucks.
