Good customer service, had a great experience, happy with what the service i got there

I need to bring my vehicle back to be able to give a better review. I did think the dealership could've given a loaner vehicle if they thought services would go longer then expected. Because monetary was not the problem this time.

Waldorf Honda truly exceeded my expectations. From my first encounter with them on the internet with Maria Perez. She was very informative and set me up with the Best Salesman Harold (Hal) Stephen. He went above and beyond to make my experience Top Notch. I would also like to acknowledge Hannah Allard, Kevin Burgwyn and Saeed Satterwhite. When I arrived to have my new seats installed they made sure that I was satisfied by helping with my loaner car and any questions that I had regarding the drop off. Hannah made sure that I was well taken care of with her kindness. Kevin helped me with all of my documentation like a True Professional. Saeed even went above and beyond to ensure that my loaner vehicle was adequate for my needs. Words are not sufficient to express how truly satisfied I am with my new Honda CRV!! Thanks Again!! I am again impressed by Sheehy. I have purchased 2 cars from their Subaru dealership. I wanted to try something new. Maxx Manu at their Springfield Ford did not disappoint. This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.

Bought a Honda accord yesterday and had such an amazing experience. I?m honestly so happy I decided to come to this dealership, especially because of the salesman, Chris. terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones
