I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

I went to the dealership over the weekend, after checking the website and calling to make sure the truck was still available. I arrived during a busy time and my time at the dealership felt very comfortable. The truck was in good shape. I have bought 2 work trucks from this place and they were both good and reliable. The sales people were pretty good except for the second time around, he actually got frustrated when my wife started reading the contract before signing. The only issue I have is both times I purchased, the trucks gas tanks were on empty and they wouldn't put any gas in them for me. The second truck I bought, the tank was so empty that I was stressed leaving the place just hoping to make it to the gas station across the street.

Great cargo van
Great cargo van. the V6 engine is powerful. Drives smooth, quiet, comfortable. Good looking exterior. Cons: - Gas mileage too low: only 15MPG on hwy, 9MPG in city (not posted anywhere.) - No glass window on sliding door, which is really needed for right side view. - Dashboard is a little too high, while driver seat can't raise. - No exterior colors to choose, but white only, for NV1500 & 2500, like shown in brochure. Other than these, I like the van a lot after driving more than 1000 miles.
