I own a 2015 and I think it's an excellent vehicle, The heat and Air conditioning works great. I like that the side mirrors defrost automatically I think that's a great feature in the winter. I've never had an issue with the engine it runs fantastic and goes forever on a tank of gas. 25 combined mpg

We came from out of state to look at a specific vehicle that was listed on their website. Our representative answered every question in detail and went out of his way to provide additional information that would be helpful. We were still apprehensive about driving all that distance to only be dissatisfied in the end to find the vehicle was not what we expected. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I came down to look at an 2013 Mercedes, and it was every bit as pristine as it looked in the pictures. I did not expect to purchase the car that day, but the car and deal were great, and then they made it so easy I ended up driving home with it. i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen
