I hadn't had a Ford in years but I'm happy with my Transit Connect Wagon. Previously owned a Honda Element but the Connect has done its job.

This place knows how to treat people and not play games with pricing and trade in values. In one morning we were able to secure a fair deal from 190 miles away via phone and sharing pics of my trade in. We drove down from Dayton, OH and did the deal and were out of there as promised. No "switcheroo", low balling, and other games like the Ford dealer in Beavercreek plays. Every person there from beginning to end was super nice, honest and professional. I am in the process of looking at cars. I stopped by James Motors in Lexington and had a wonderful experience working with John Cole. He worked with me knowing that I am not ready to buy. But when I am ready, John is who I will buy from. Great guy and great dealership.

Found a great deal online and went to the dealership. They were not pushy, very helpful and followed through on what was needed to complete purchase. One concern was AC/Heating of truck and ke kept his "word" and fixed the needed item. I'll be checking to get my wife's next vehicle from Alex Auto...This should be how car buying is done!

On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!
