I was on the market for buying a new car. I travel to work pretty far everyday so I needed something that was good on gas,low mileage, and reasonably priced. I was so amazed by how helpful the car sales associate Mourice was. He was very friendly and had my best interest. He wanted to get me the best deal possible for my money. He knew about all the cars I asked about on the lot and showed me cars that had the features I was looking for. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car!He made my finding a new car experience less stressful!! I am so pleased with the car I bought!

terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

I received phenomenal customer service from this dealership I flew all the way from Michigan and was mad at the airport by Jairo. He was awesome!!! I felt very comfortable with this whole sale beginning to end. I wire transferred funds before I even seen the vehicle. I was worried to do so but I knew how hard it was to find the vehicle they were selling so I took them at their word and it was a great decision. Keep in mind you are buying a vehicle that won’t be perfect. You’re getting a older used vehicle. As long as you go into your sale with REALISTIC expectations you will be very happy with this dealership! Jairo actually went to another dealership to buy a part for the Wrangler I bought from them because he knew I was driving it a long distance home. Everything worked very well on the Jeep and it was in very good shape for being 15 years old! Jairo also offered to mail me the print out copy of the Carfax and seriously made the whole experience awesome! Thanks guys. I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

I should have given this review months ago. Boy did I get a great car....04 Camry XLE 156,000 miles,but was it cherry. Super clean!! They carry a great selection and will work with you the best they can. SUPER deal I got. Now, today I totaled that great car, so I will be stopping back. Can I say, " you are a fool if you don't check with them out ". Now, have a great day!

From out of town and had issues with truck plugs. Tried several dealers/mechanics in the area who were "6 weeks out" or not willing to just take a look and advise. I entered Great Lakes and they said they'd take a look - a test drive, identified the problem and a bit later I had a repaired truck and ready to head home safely. Thank you Great Lakes!

This Vehicle is great for multi use work, runs and drives great and has a lot of power. Great for delivery packages, small moves or towing.

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

I looked at close to 400 trucks on line at 4 different sites. Auto House had the most reasonably priced truck in my price range. It was very clean and in much better shape than the others I looked at. The owner and all the staff were very nice and a pleasure to deal with. I did have a problem with a service engine light. They fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I will be back when I need another car or truck.

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.
