He also keeps me updated by texting while my car is in service. Additionally, the dealership recently underwent a remodel and looks fabulous. They even have a chef who prepares breakfast or lunch when it’s ordered—how great is that? Cooked to order and it’s FREE! My sales representative, Bill Harris, is honest, knowledgeable, and patient, truly an all-around good guy. He even calls me to remind me of important dates related to my car and my birthday, which is such a nice touch. I'm going to be a customer for life! Great job, everyone!

Our sales consultant was John Lee. My husband and I were looking to buy a 2025 Equinox. John was probably the most patient, fair and knowledgeable salesperson I've ever worked with in all the years of us purchasing vehicle. He listened to our requests and concerns and worked with both of us to get the SUV we wanted. Once the deal was finalized, John sat in the SUV with me and went over all the features and buttons to familiarize me. Best dealership in town. There’s no other dealer in Illinois that compares to this one. I’m a passionate automobile enthusiast with no patience for xx and THIS dealer has NONE of that. I walked in and I was greeted softly and warmly by the front desk discussing the reason for my visit and understanding if I was browsing or looking for something specific. When I spoke about a specific vehicle I wanted I was referred to Tiffany the sales manager. She was as warm and welcoming as the front desk people were. Tiffany paid careful attention to what I wanted and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured. I felt MY time and what I wanted is what mattered to her, which it did! She introduced me to her product specialist Roland ( With a cool Cowboy hat and a great sense of humor to accompany it). i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

Great experience salesman was awesome. Took only two hours from the time we got there till the time we were driving off the lot bought a really nice car for a low amount of money.

Love the room and the power. Hate the bouncy, bumpy ride. With no drink holders.seatbelts for the very back seat would tighten scary tight around a small child.

Salesman was not pushy. Very helpful. There were a few cosmetic issues with the vehicle, but they had just gotten it in and out did not concern me. The appearance of the dealership is very basic, but I think that is part of the reason they don't have a ton of fees. They were very transparent about everything.

Sells great quality vehicles. There commercial vehicles are gone through to make sure everything is right, I have owned my box truck for 3 years so far and have had no problems, will buy again.

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

We drove from out of state to look at a vehicle. I asked a lot of questions before we traveled. The salesman was very honest about the condition of the vehicle and did a good job sharing pictures that I asked for. We were very happy with the price and condition of the vehicle. We have been driving the vehicle now for three weeks and there have been no surprises.

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

Bought slightly used with1400 miles. Excellent performance with power and economy. Only problems have been poor undercoating and corroding rims. Dealer reapplied undercoating under warranty and replaced the wheels with take-offs at cost.

Well, just purchased van and like the handling and cargo space . I use it mainly a a company work van. It is used both for work and recreational.
