In two weeks I'd visited over half a dozen dealerships and some had exceptional customer service, but the sales didn't go through for varying reasons while others had very poor customer relations and the sale didn't go through for the obvious reason. You can imagine my surprise when Bill, the sales manager at Stevens 112, contacted me directly instead of his sales staff. It was a no BS pitch from the start and the price he had for the truck I wanted was already priced to sell--it was already lower than comparable trucks I'd negotiated at all the other dealerships. I've purchased a brand new vehicle without test driving it or seeing it in person, but doing that with a used vehicle was a gamble. This gamble, as it turned out, benefitted everyone. Not only did I go home happy, but I actually paid LESS in fees than I was told on the phone. I literally paid only $145 over the listed price out the door! Bill was a brief conversation, but when he said come see us, take the ferry to LI and I'll have my guy pick you up I was skeptical and thought it was another cheap ploy to get me through the door. NOPE. Frank the sales consultant took care of me and made sure big Mike picked me up on time. These guys were friendly and they don't BS. The price was just right without me having to negotiate and they took care of me. This was a painless and stress less shopping/buying experience that was worth my time and money. Of all the dealerships I'd visited, Stevens Ford 112 had the best and realistic price for their trucks. If they tell you, the truck is priced to sell, they really mean it. Look around at all the other dealerships and you'll know exactly what I mean. The next time I buy another truck or have friends and family who want to buy a truck, I'm recommending they visit Stevens 112 first.

Stacey, a service person was very helpful. My 2024 caligaphy needed a new transmission. As promised gave me a loaner car. She and the staff were very friendly.

If the last review was written on my behalf it is inaccurate. There is a miscommunication but Stevens 112 ford is working diligently to make make it right.

All of the staff members are competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly care about and want to do the best for their customers. The Sales department, headed by Bill Tuchler, is excellent. I love my new Blue Buick Envista. It is a pleasure to drive and looks beautiful. Thank you Bill ! Recently a tire went flat due to having two big pieces of road metal debris embedded in it. I called the Arnold Chevrolet Buick service department and was able to bring my car in ASAP without a scheduled appointment. The tire was too damaged to be repaired, and I was able to get a new tire right away. In addition, the service advisor, Zacharie Medina, reminded me that my Envista was due for an oil change and regular service. He said he could have that service also done while I waited for the tire to be replaced. I did not have to make a future appointment. The wait was short as I sat in the pleasant, comfortable waiting room. All of the work was done perfectly. Arnold Chevrolet Buick is the only establishment I will ever use to buy and service my cars.

I have a large family and love this van however I wanted a 2016 with low miles because i did not want the high top. This is my every day van because I have a six kids and I love it . It drives like a minivan and is my favorite car ever! I the dealership we bought from was ... ok .

Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

Called Saturday afternoon with an emissions problem and made an appointment for Monday morning. Truck repaired while I waited .You can’t get better service than that!

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.
