Truly the best car salesman I've ever worked with . . . and I've bought a car or two in my lifetime. He actually answers his cell phone and when he's not available, he does call/text you back. He answers all questions (no matter how big or small) and doesn't get annoyed. And he actually does what he says he's going to do, he doesn't just "blow smoke" to make the sale! Oh and you can tease with this guy. Very professional, yet still human and can take a joke! I had never purchased a vehicle here before this week and unless something changes or I can't get Thomas, he has all of my future business, hands down. (I only wish we had "found" him three months ago when my son also bought a new vehicle in Cloquet, MN and got bent over bad with that dealership . . . they are so dirty, they even made sure to take the google reviews down as fast as we put them up, because evidently the truth hurts. In our efforts to replace our primary vehicle (a tired out 11- yr old Honda Ridgeline with over 230,000 miles on it), we made the nearly four-hour round trip road trip to Anderson & Koch to test drive a potential used replacement. We’d had discussions with Brandon about the vehicle on the phone, and he met us at the door when we arrived. We liked the car, and Brandon was friendly, easy to talk to, and anxious to get a good fit for us. We went home that day to talk it over and figure out financing. Two retirees in our late seventies buying what would probably be our last car, a bit of a decision. When we returned a few days later, certified bank check in hand, Jesse worked out some wrinkles on the details of the purchase. We were impressed with his willingness to communicate and the time he took to make sure that we were satisfied. He was forthright, willing to listen and work with us. Once in the parking lot again, Brandon spent a good amount of time patiently “training us” on the basics of Bluetooth and our Iphones. Though we were acquainted with it all, being able to leave the dealership with it set up for us was a definite plus. Another employee came out to make sure the receptor for our trailer hitch was ready to go, so that there would be no delay in my husband’s plans to hook up the boat and go fishing the next morning. Anderson & Koch --- worth the road trip!

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

This van is just what I need for my business. Has the room I need for everything. Great gas mileage. I use it for my service calls and it does all I need it to do.

Bought a Honda Pilot with 300k miles. Still driving it 2 yrs later. Not a single breakdown. Heading to buy another car this week. I see all the negative reviews. They sell used cars. You the buyer should know what to look for.

This cargo van drives like a car not a truck; easy handling, far superior gas mileage to it's competitors. You won't be in the shop once a quarter or more like a Sprinter! It's Ford Tough! Just wish I could have had the CD player and the GPS at the same time.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
