It is a great running Rig. the heaters work and so does the air conditioner, it is roomy tall in side, has good brakes drives smooth. Would be nice to convert into something else, or a church, or for ups personal delivery, it is 10,000 G.V.W with lots of room in side.

I have a large family and love this van however I wanted a 2016 with low miles because i did not want the high top. This is my every day van because I have a six kids and I love it . It drives like a minivan and is my favorite car ever! I the dealership we bought from was ... ok .

Well to start off I walked into the dealership with out notice and was welcomed in and asked if need help and stated that I was interested in a used vehicle and was directed to JR who was extremely helpful in locating the vehicle I was interested in seeing even though the car was in for service he still let me see the vehicle without any excuses. Well just a quick note on Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram used car department. My experience with JR was a pleasure even though I didn’t purchase the used vehicle because of the size which JR was very understanding. Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. It is highly utilitarian, no frills. Highy efficient fuel wise. Semi automatic transmission annoyed me at first but actually works extremely well. Only relibility problem was bad battery ground connector cam lock. It caused lots of problems.

Good vehicle for my electrical business but having transmission issues not Shifting in automatic but ok in manual mode. Goes up to 30 mph then won't shift to next gear have to use manual mode

This vehicle met my needs. I needed a vehicle that I could get my Labradoodle in easy and it is. You can even takes the back seats out to make more room. I do wish that it got better gas mileage.
