I did not have a good experience at Seramonte Subaru So I looked up 2019 Subaru Outback posted on Albany Subaru. I live in SF so it was a trip for me but I thought I give them a chance and sure enough I was treated with a respect and courtecy by salesrep , mr.Jan James . To make it short,I ended up buying the car mainly because He was more proffessional than people at Seramonte even a Finance manager was very cordial, not pushy at all . They usually try to convince you to buy extra this and that but they were very nice about it. Not like "You were making a big mistake not adding those options " which I got from other dealer. Purchased this vehicle as an alternative to the AWD SUV I had planned on getting. Was very reluctant at first but ended up making the deal. Wanted an AWD SUV to start doing road trips across America starting in 2019. Gave it 5 STARS Reliability, but C-Mon it only has 300 miles on it so look at longer term owners for a Reliability score. Family ended up needing a vehicle capable of being used part time as a wheelchair ramp vehicle, and the Promaster had the lowest load floor of the full size vans. So that's what I looked at and ended up purchasing. Got the 136" wheelbase high roof, and after owning it a couple weeks went from meh to absolutely loving this vehicle. It felt huge at first, you sit higher than 4x4 1 ton trucks, and it's over 6' wide internally! Yet despite it's intimidating factor it still fits if just barely into any normal parking spot! It's the perfect size for a non commercial user like me, tons of room internally but can park anywhere. I've owned tons of new and used trucks over the years and even I was a bit iffy driving this at first. Poor visibility as it has no windows out back, but the great side mirrors and backup camera quickly took away that intimidation factor. Now it feels just like a very tall Minivan and I can drive it around parking lots with ease. What amazes me even after a few hundred miles is the turning circle! I swear it has a tighter turning circle than my 2014 Nissan Altima that's my daily driver! It's insane how it can make U-Turns and swing around in parking lots so easily. Finally the more I look over the vehicle the more I love how they built it. They claim it's the easiest and cheapest commercial van to service and maintain and I'm a believer now. Fuel Pump access is under a cover in the cab, and almost everything for normal maintenance and repair is easily accessed via floor hatches or under the hood. The interior is very odd looking but functional, the Ford has a much nicer looking Dashboard layout though. I do have to say though this Promaster's dashboard feels very durable and just makes it feel like a big rig compared to a wagon like the Fords did. I may be weird but I like feeling like I'm driving a Big Rig and ended up even loving that. Really my only complaint for the vehicle is the interior paint. I've hauled a few things so far and I swear the paint on the interior floor scratches just looking at it! I have ordered Hurculiner to roll onto the floor and wheel housings so I never had to worry about it again. Plan on doing 3 coats just to give it a nice thick barrier to protect the metal. Didn't really want to buy this 'Stupid Bug-eyed Van' as I called it at first... But good god I've ended up falling in love with it's useful design quirks and honestly fun to drive around high seating position! I swear I feel I could put anything in it and it would haul it without complaint, and the lower load floor has no step on the side or back doors and is level all the way across.

Well, unfortunately I can’t give a complete review. I went in one day to test drive a car. Decided the next day I wanted it. By the time I was able to get a hold of the salesman I was working with they sold the car to someone else. He was off that day.��. So I am not able to give the buying experience review. However, the salesman was a pleasure and informative. And the sales manager was pleasant. The facility was clean. I guess I was just not meant to have that car.

This dealership is comprised of a very accommodating, professional staff. Ali handled my transaction and performed services far beyond the average salesman duties. Linda handled the paper work which was very complicated due to my being a 100% disabled vet and entitled to special plates This is the first dealership I have encountered who knew how to process the asinine, paper work required by the DMV,[ dept. of mutual vilification ].

Overall pleasant experience. Buying process was pretty fast, good priced car, financing was smooth. Customer service was good.y

The Express 2500 Van is a heavy duty van platform with tons of configuration options from the manufacturer and the aftermarket. There are 3 engine choices and several trim levels to suit. Great unit!

Love the room and the power. Hate the bouncy, bumpy ride. With no drink holders.seatbelts for the very back seat would tighten scary tight around a small child.

I hadn't had a Ford in years but I'm happy with my Transit Connect Wagon. Previously owned a Honda Element but the Connect has done its job.

Laid back experience. Cars are as is-what you see is what you get. The van we looked at was missing some components and the CD player didn’t appear to work. No negotiation, just if you like it great, if not keep looking. Sales folks are straight forward-no one is making a new best friend but they are courteous.

I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

The Van handles well with cargo loads, drives smooth has good acceleration with plenty of power. It has been well balanced on gas I use the van for electrical I mostly do residential so not a ton of equipment needed to carry but it can hold its own.

We were definitely nervous about going to a used car dealership, but David was great. He was patient with us as we thoroughly inspected the van we eventually purchased, really fair with the price, efficient with the paperwork, and even surprised us by paying for the car's next year of registration. We've had the van for a few months now and have driven it on two road trips (600 and 2500 miles, respectively) with no problems!

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.
