Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. I truthfully cannot say I've ever had a better car buying experience than I just had with Salerno Duane Ford. Inventory was scarce everywhere so I placed a custom order for my 2022 F-150 King Ranch with Steven S who was a complete rock star. I can admittedly be a pest with these things, I was super excited to get my truck and bugged him for updates and Steven made sure to always respond quickly and truthfully, get changes made when needed. But the thing I'm most grateful for is 100% honesty. We went through the order and figures months ago, including a ballpark value on my trade and when it came to delivery everything communicated remained 100% true...actually worked out to be a couple bucks cheaper per month! Ordering was smooth, negotiations were smooth, finance was smooth, delivery was smooth. Long story short, I was dreading buying a new car again after several terrible prior experiences and even more so buying during a market like this, that's clearly a seller's market, but Steven and Salerno Duane earned a customer for life through their honesty. It is an excellent truck. The interior color and design is absolutely gorgeous. I really like the blue granite metallic exterior color. The slow motion tailgate is really nice. The gas mileage has been around 19-20 which is pretty good for a full-size truck.

Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.
