my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.

Excellent commercial van. This version only has the 120 mile distance range, but I never drive over 100 miles daily on my routes and it recharges easily overnight. Freaking fast van to be so heavy compared to my gas versions.

Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

Recently had a major problem with the front end of my 2020 Equinox and needed a quick response and repair. We worked with Jackie Quinlan, who handled our entire service experience, and it was amazing. They fixed our problem and had the car finished in less than 4 hours!! Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I purchased a used 2018 Honda pilot from Imperial Toyota in February. I can honestly say I hate buying cars. Imperial Toyota surprise me. Took their time, sold me a quality vehicle. Unfortunately, we had some trouble with By used Honda, the dealership took care of it right away. I was impressed with the way I’ve been handled. The service team has been exemplary.
