Then the finance guy Robert was easy to work with and ensured I got a great deal… paperwork was easy and quick! Overall great customer service and I would no doubt come back again.

Easy to work with and fast service! We had been emailing with salesman, discussed numbers, and set up a time to come drive a truck. We showed up, they had it ready and we drove it, financed, and were out in less than 2 hours. They did not try to hassle us, negotiate the original agreements we discussed before coming to see the truck, and they didn’t keep pushing when we said “no” to added warranties etc. Emil was great to work with and we recommend him to anyone! This was a vastly different experience than the nightmare we experienced with Huntley Ford in Illinois.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I also went to recognize Nick and Karson as they were behind the scenes seeing if I could exchange my lease and get a better payment. No luck this time but I appreciated them running the numbers. Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

Best large capacity vehicle ever, powerful agile drives more like a sports car than a Econoline. I would definitely recommend getting eco-boost though.
