Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

It has the large 6.0 L motor so can easily handle mountains, towing, heavy loads. We just returned from Florida trip and my wife loved traveling in it. When I got boring, she could sit in back seat and watch movies on flat screen smart TV. Good ride.

EXCEPTIONAL Customer service!! I explained my concerns, they understood what I was saying and fixed everything! even what I had not mentioned. AND they only had I car for 1 day! Previously took to another dealer who had my car for 5 days and did what?? not sure cause still had issues when I drove off their lot. For it's size, it's incredible for hauling items you may have thought were too big for most vehicles. Also comfortable on long trips with great gas mileage. as well.

Bought it used, had a few miles, 5.4l v8 and towing equipment, limited slip diff., cargo van w/ partion. Smooth ride, very fast, even with cargo to highway speed, 4 wheel disc brakes very good with loads and towing, added stereo and insulation to van. Wished it had a third seat and less noise(inherent to cargo van). My Wife loves it as the ride is awesome and seats are very comfortable. Towing is easy and secure, that is why I really like it. Added hella 7" aux. Headlamps for Highway driving. I wish I had the 4 wd version. The 5.4l v8 is powerful still @134k, oil changes on time and coil on plug w/ new spark plugs as needed...this engine (sohc) is great 👍 towed RV, car on trailer.

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .
