Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

I have 29 of these vans. Never had any major issues with. Make sure you do your regular maintenance on them and that’s all you need, engine and transmission are solid, rides amazing

On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!

This vehicle slides right under so many recalls. Shifting cable,front glass, Some of the system panel works so it doesn't qualify for recall, transmission light goes on the day the transmission breaks down no warning before. The bumper are so low you can't get near a bumper stop or you will rip off your bumper. Cheaply put together. Drivers seat is poorly designed while getting in and out of vehicle you cause seat to adjust down, while low the chair base low quality just breaks no way to repair without replace so much stuff. Rides great hard on good wheels low gas mileage, the pipe where you put gas in broke how does that happen. But the mechanic says he sees it quite often for this make and model of car. He don't know how there is no recall on this particular part .

Went to Burns to check out the new 2024 Envision which just started to hit the dealerships long time waiting.DonHarrison was me sales consultant.He had my car appraised I didn't like the numbers this was a 2021 Envision sport pkg. with 33000 miles I told Don cars.com offered me more money.He took the offer to his sales manager who came back a better offer.Don did a very great job while I was finalizing the paper work he went to see if they finished detailing the car. First time pick up truck buyer but has meet all of my expectations. Almost a car like ride, decent mileage for the size and maintenance costs were no greater than a standard size car. Hauling capabilities and 4 wheel drive are a definite plus.

Excellent work van I have all my shelving in it plus a gang box and I can still fit my Harley in the back. And I still have room for my dog

terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.
