This is the second car I purchased from this dealer. In March, I purchased a 22' Outlander SEL for my company car. This week I went back and purchased another 22 Outlander SEL for my wife! Travis, our salesman, went above and beyond answering my questions and finding the perfect trim and color for our new car. I was pleasantly surprised at how courteous and professional Ryan was when it came down to locking in a good price and a monthly payment I was comfortable with. This dealer as a whole has been nothing but OUTSTANDING for me and my family. This is my 8th Mitsubishi purchase over a course of 20 years. I bought 2 cars in late December, 2015. There was also a trade-in on one of the purchases. In both instances, and on all accounts, including maintenance service since then, I would highly recommend D&P. Phil is an excellent individual to interact with, as well as all the staff. Nothing is complete unless Phil agrees, and his method and mode of business are excellent. His philosophy of selling cars in based on total satisfaction. Everything is performed on a car for sale with the idea that the buyer will not have unexpected necessities for at least a year, or more on very low mileage cars. I recommend D&P without qualification.

Great experience with Joe Ibrahim! Easiest 5 stars I've given. I went in on the defensive and ready to face the "used car dealer" and I was immediately put as ease by Joe's demeanor and wanting to make you a happy customer. I came with family to look at a couple cars but not ready to make a decision...that was good with Joe. I came back to test drive and he insisted and extended test drive to include highway, again to make sure I was happy. I had a trade and already had offers and Joe and Zack stepped up and did me justice. The staff was excellent through all the paperwork; smiling, offering me coffee, tea, water...their kindness almost made me suspicious ha ha. I walked away yesterday with a car, a warranty (well priced) and repairs/prep that allows me to walk away confident in my purchase for my daughter. Two thumbs up for Joe and staff!

I had a great experience at all in 1 motors. Mark had what I was looking for in stock and within my lunch and time I came back after work everything was done and ready to go for me. All I had to do was go over the final numbers and sign and then I walked right out with my new truck. I've had several cars in the past but none went as smoothly and were as great as the experience and curtiousy I received here. I'll definitely be recommending them and I'll also be coming back in the future.

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

Highly recommend Brewster Ford. I walked in and customer service introduced me to my sales rep Tim. He was funny, knowledgeable, just a really relatable guy. He walked me through their inventory, and we began test drives. He worked with me on the price to meet my budget. We submitted the paperwork and within 48 hrs I received a call from Brian in the finance department. Another great employee, he was knowledgeable and patient. He explained every option and choice I had to make very well. I felt no pressure and picked the options that worked best for me. From the time I walked in to the day I drove away in my car was 3 days. They did everything, got me the best financing, handled my insurance, they even detailed a car I already thought was perfect. When I went to pick it up it somehow looked even better. From straightforward, honest pricing, to answering all my questions promptly at any time of the day, keeping me updated, and accommodating all my add-on requests, I can't recommend Michael and this dealership enough. He's honest, friendly, and attentive - a real gentleman. I should also mention Brian in financing who got me a fantastic loan deal, Bonnie who processed the registration paperwork and delivered my car in Mass, and finally Robert (supervisor/manager) who was also extremely friendly and helpful and started the whole process on a great footing. I only wish they were closer to where I live so I could do all my maintenance, repair, etc. work with them.

Excellent! Just picked up a car from Brewster Ford. I absolutely love the car! Both Brian from finance and Mike Rose from sales were both wonderful. Mike was very helpful with pretty much everything.
