This vehicle had everything I wanted, but one draw back it had been used to pull a 5th wheel so there were wholes in the bed.

I own a 2015 and I think it's an excellent vehicle, The heat and Air conditioning works great. I like that the side mirrors defrost automatically I think that's a great feature in the winter. I've never had an issue with the engine it runs fantastic and goes forever on a tank of gas. 25 combined mpg

We came from out of state to look at a specific vehicle that was listed on their website. Our representative answered every question in detail and went out of his way to provide additional information that would be helpful. We were still apprehensive about driving all that distance to only be dissatisfied in the end to find the vehicle was not what we expected. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE AND IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY ON THIS 2010 MODEL ONLY AND THE NUMBER ONE CAR OF THE YEAR AND LESS DANGEROUS CHANCE OF TURNNING OVER AND MORE HEATHER FOR THE ECONOMY IN THE WORLD BECAUSE IT RUNS ON GREAT GAS MILEAGE WHICH IS VERY HEATHY HIGH ECONOMY QUALITY GASOLINE WHICH IS HYDRO DIESEL WHICH GOES VERY FAR IF YOU TRAVEL A VERY LOT OFTEN WHICH THIS CAR IS.

I'm 52, and have only ever purchased used cars. I rarely write reviews. But everything about this experience warrants a recommendation. I came down to look at an 2013 Mercedes, and it was every bit as pristine as it looked in the pictures. I did not expect to purchase the car that day, but the car and deal were great, and then they made it so easy I ended up driving home with it. There were no ridiculous fees to argue over, no hard sale. Everyone was professional and personable. I highly recommend them

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen
