I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. They all are an absolute pleasure to work with as I have never had one negative interaction with anyone there. In the past, I have bought many vehicles from various dealerships and I can tell you that Trend Auto is the best!!! I cannot recommend their top notch service highly enough. Hello, I never thought that I'd be driving the car that I always admired, but, bought a house instead of the vehicle a few years ago. Yes, that's how much the vehicle was. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.

I started driving in 1975 and I wish that this model was made back then! My little Transit XLT has the tinted windows all around and is converted into a "mini RV" complete with a bed that slides out to accommodate two full grown adults. Not only has this been a blessing on cross country trips but also on my daily runs. The cargo space is fantastic and the van sips gas...This has been one of my favorite vehicles I've owned in the 47 years I have driven.

For it's size, it's incredible for hauling items you may have thought were too big for most vehicles. Also comfortable on long trips with great gas mileage. as well.

Excellent customer service. I was welcomed and greeted immediately upon arrival and happily assisted. All the staff members took their time explaining the process. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole ordeal.

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

My wife and I decided I needed a used car December 12th 2019 Sands was the only place we were going but didn't want to share that information when we walked in I guess sometimes you need to keep people guessing. You know my wife and I have bought many new cars and it was the keep you here for 6 hours,disappear with registration,we can't give you numbers unless you commit to buy game. Well completely different was greeted by Greg a salesman ask what I was looking for we told he he graciously walked outside started the car came back in gathered so simple information at this point they had our business didn't show hand just yet Greg stated car was warm we would all take a ride. Closing the deal was actually pretty fast he presented Matt the sales manager paperwork Greg came back and said car is yours ,I mean it wasn't longer then 3-5 minutes from when Matt ran my wife's credit we had decision with amazing intrest rate. We were passed on to Rose a real sweetheart who had the wonderful job of taking care of all the paperwork God Bless Her, we chose to add gap insurance and I think with used cars an extended warranty doesn't hurt either take it from me I always get used the wife gets new lol.Rose spent maybe 30-45 minutes if that and I walked around thanked Matt,and Greg for making this the best experience ever. My only regret is I didn't realize they had 3 lots until the following day with so many used cars I may have bought something different and spent more but I'm happy. To all who helped us have a blessed holiday and my wife and I will be back to trade her car in on a new one.

Purchased van 2 years ago. It needed motor mounts so I checked locally $140-250 just for parts at the parts store. I got a complete set (front, rear and bottom strut) for $35 from Amazon Prime and it took me about 45 minutes to replace them. It helps if you have an air wrench and a jack. I put a van rug in the cargo area which quiets it down considerably. It runs like a watch,just keeps on going, I had a Lexus and the dealer offered me more than I had in it. Now I drive the van every day and enjoy it. I put a much better stereo in and it sounds great. Now I can lock up my fishing gear and not have to unload the van when I return. The 2013 is a high top and I love that, It gets 27 mpg regular gas. No need to replace the Lexus. The plates and insurance are much cheaper, too, Hope this helps,

bought the extended high roof option, with turbo 3.5 Ecoboost engine. gets remarkably good mileage, handles well for a rolling billboard, but cross winds disturb it. installed rear antisway bar and improved stability. installed crew cab second row seats for family, used it as furniture hauler, scrap metal hauler, firewood hauler. Does everything well without complaints. May turn it into food truck later. Installed inverter and deep cell batteries beneath the floor for 110 volt power but have rarely used it so far.
