Very reliable but could use some improvements on the comfort . brake pedal is high so sitting in traffic can be a burden on your knees.

Tracked down the vehicle we wanted and found a very nice example on targets lot. The experience is what you would expect at a used car lot. The salesman in my case named Mo "sells" you on the car you look at but he wasn't pushy about making a purchase which I like. The car we looked at had a mechanical issue which I brought to Mo's attention and it was fixed the next day without hassle, question or an agreement to buy. We did end up purchasing the car financing was offered through a bank but I would recommend lining up financing on-line or through a bank as I did. Being a smaller dealership they take a day or two in order to get everything lined up on financing unlike a dealership lot. Have had the car now month and a few minor problems have come up that I have addressed but nothing I would blame on the dealership. A third party warrantee was offered but online reviews were very poor on the company and I do most of my own work so we opted out. I would buy from them again but like all used cars look them over good and if you don't know what to look for take someone who does.

This is an honest vehicle, it does what you expect it to do and it does it very well. I have had the 4.6 engine in several Ford products over the years and have had zero trouble with them or the Transmission. The seat is comfortable, the dash is well designed and its an altogether solid vehicle.

I absolutely can't believe how helpful the entire staff is. We showed up under pressure to buy a car when the engine blew in the one we were driving. The salesmen greeted us in the parking lot and made us feel very welcome but not in a pushy way. They wanted us to walk the lot and feel free to drive any we thought would work with our budget. The finance department is wonderful. Our credit has taken a hit due to the economy but they were very helpful explaining things to us and helping us through what we found to be a horrible experience at other dealerships. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. Again, NOT in a pushy way; it felt genuine. We doubt we will ever purchase from another establishment since finding Godard Auto Sales! It’s is a great minivan that can either be used for a family, work or/both . It has a clean title and is in great condition. I’m selling it because I need to down size .

I loved my experience when shopping for my vehicle. No pressure, No haggling but straight forward about the vehicles on their lot. It helped me to view the inventory of vehicles that Prudential had on their website, prior to going out to find the car that was right for me!! Don?t be put off by the no negotiation on price policy. Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

He went over all the features available. This really helped us make an informed decision on the purchase of our traverse. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

This cargo van drives like a car not a truck; easy handling, far superior gas mileage to it's competitors. You won't be in the shop once a quarter or more like a Sprinter! It's Ford Tough! Just wish I could have had the CD player and the GPS at the same time.
