Due to a growing family, we were in desperate need of a larger vehicle. With the pandemic, vans were virtually impossible to find. We couldn’t find one locally, but Four Way had exactly what we wanted. Being 8 hours away and unable to even see the vehicle via video, we took a huge risk. We had the car shipped to our home, and I didn’t rest easy until it was in our driveway. The van was exactly as pictured and in excellent condition! We’ve had it a few months now and couldn’t be happier! Randy was very helpful, and we’ll look there first when we need our next van!

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

After we did the road test, we opened the hood. Truck immediately noticed a liquid substance near the manifold and looked around for any leaks. He couldn't find one, but he was still concerned. He talked to the owner about it and the owner said they would find the leak and fix it. Truck showed a great deal of interest in satisfying my needs and wasn't trying to push the sale or get me interested in another auto. I am 70 years old and he made me feel very comfortable with the sale. Stopped by as this is a client of mine and as I was leaving, Dennis ran out to my car and stopped me before driving off. He noticed my tire was completely flat! He immediately stopped what he was doing, got it to the garage and between him, his service guy (sorry didn't catch his name, young guy with glasses) and Wilmer, they got it repaired! I was far from home and if went un-noticed, I really could have done some damage to my car. Not too often you get customer service like this, and they definitely went above and beyond! Would HIGHLY recommend buying or servicing your car here! You will not find better service elsewhere!

This vehicle drives very nice. I am normally a Chevy buyer but this Ford is very nice. I was never in the Ford dealership but they really treated me well

Randy Potter at Four Way was very pleasant to deal with, and had all our paperwork prepared for us and ready to go when we arrived after driving 4 hours to see him and the van we bought.
