I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. Tell Sam I sent you, he will take great care of you!

I can't say enough about how amazing the folks at Lithia Springs Ford were and how great they treated me. I found my dream car online and when I inquired about it Donna reached out to me promptly to discuss it. I was a little nervous about negotiating the price of the car over the phone so I wanted to get my own financing. The appointment for our 2003 Mazda Miata was on 4/6/2022. The wait was especially long; not sure if it was due to overbooking for oil changes or what, but at the end of the day, the best thing about it was working with Richard Smith! He kept us informed of the status of our vehicle because RICHARD SMITH IS "DA BOMB!" 5+ stars!!!

Great cargo van - just what we were looking for to convert into a camping base camp for hiking and fishing excursions in our retirement.

They always do a great job - and they are courteous and work quickly. They did an oil change for us and also found that our cabin filter was dirty. That part was rather expensive (mostly due to the cost of the filter, $50, plus a $40 labor charge). We could tell the air was fresher afterwards.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

very good, i did not go ahead with purchase because the SUV was not fixable.
