I needed a new work vehicle immediatly. The Transit Connect filled my needs. A no frills work vehicle. Comfortable, with outstanding gas mileage. more suited for my work than a previously owned E-150 cargo van.

I want to say I have been coming to this location for over 20+ years & the day I brought my truck in for service, I was not able to get taken care of & had to go elsewhere to get my truck worked on. I was asked for a review which I gave expressing I was unhappy about my experience. A few days later I got a response from David Marti Jr who asked I contact him to find a resolution & I did. Let me tell you, David took control of the situation & provided me with excellent service & kept in contact with me during the process. It was refreshing to have someone step up & provide good old school service & kept on it until it was done. I hope Group Auto takes care of him because he's the kind of guy you can build your business around & keep folks coming back. I was very Pleased with Mr. Marti's efforts & professionalism. This van is just what I need for my business. Has the room I need for everything. Great gas mileage. I use it for my service calls and it does all I need it to do.

Had under panel lose from missing screws. The service personnel was very courteous and helpful. They managed to fix the problem that very Friday afternoon.

This vehicle had everything I wanted, but one draw back it had been used to pull a 5th wheel so there were wholes in the bed.

My experience with this dealership with great. Jose handle me and my wife with exceptional care, concern, consideration and kindness. Colby was very professional and thorough, Greg was thoughtful and very mindful and Tim was very courteous, attentive and patient with us. The only thing that was a little disturbing was we were literally there for 8hrs?. in which I am aware that sometimes depending on the circumstances of situations that the processing factors could possibly be more tedious than the normal?. But overall 5 stars. Great restrooms, beverages and waiting areas. Very good dealership to do business with.

This car is great for traveling around town with a lot of big dogs. Space for crates, not a high step for dogs, great fuel efficiency!
