Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

After speaking with the General Manager, Jeff Mazer, it wasn't the dealership so much as it was the finance manager (who is no longer employed there). While this practice was done, it was NOT the dealership that employed the tactic. The dealership took measures to rectify the situation by terminating the employee and sending a check for the whole amount of the protection plan ($3,250) to my lien holder. It took some work and yes, I am still a bit butt hurt, but I will continue to be a customer here.

I went to Hayes to get my daughter a used vehicle as a graduation gift before she leaves for college. Dylan was very knowledgeable on the vehicles they have on the lot. While we waited for the parts to come in, he was able to get the damaged car over to the Service Dept. to complete 45,000 mile service checklist....saving me from having to come back to handle this task. This time, we dropped the vehicle off to be serviced the next day . . . however, later that afternoon the phone rang and our car was ready to be picked up - a day early! This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

I was looking for a safe car for my daughter, and happened upon a Hyundai at Auto House that was in our budget. I had never worked with them before, and was a little concerned by a negative review. Turned out there was no need to worry. They are a business, and won't hold a car for you on a "I might be interested", and no one should expect that from ANY dealership. I was interested in a car, so I wrote them a (refundable) deposit to temporarily hold the car so I could schedule my mechanic to review it. When my mechanic was available, I picked up the car and took it in. My mechanic found an issue. I still wanted the car, but I wanted that issue addressed. Auto House worked out a fair price to do the work, and the car was ready for delivery 2 days later. We've had the car a week, and so far no surprises which is what we were hoping for.

Comfortable for short periods. Very reliable. No problems in 3 years. Strong ac. Great cargo space. Good stock stereo. Strong motor and transmission. My only complaints are minor like no tilt steering wheel and no pin on passenger seat lever for tilt down ( the lever keeps falling off so I glued it on). Other than that this is a great cargo van and would highly recommend.
