I got my Savana (Same as Chevy Express) Cargo van to use occasionally like a pickup. I prefer the enclosed van to keep cargo dry. I don't use it much, but I like it a lot. The old style is much more solid than the newer euro-style vans, and much better looking. It's worse on gas of course, but has the power to pull. The 2500 I have rides a bit rough, with 60-80 lb of air in the tires! But it handles and runs very nice for a work vehicle. I've had no trouble at all in 6 years. This year was my first maintenance repair, taking brakes, battery, and a TPS resetting. It's only got 22k on it, so you may need brakes sooner. I love the truck for all these reasons, but especially because it's the classic look from a simpler, more sane time.

Victory Motors is Awesome! I started off having a bad day with Honda's service department, i won't mention which location. This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

Excellent Customer Service all around timely and efficient from the salesperson to the young man who showed me the technology end of the service. Thats all I have for today. This requires to many words that's my only complaint! It wouldn't take my city and state this took me another 15 minutes. Thats another complaint. The survey is annoying. Other than that your people are awesome.

I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

We went to Feldman of highland to look for a use Traverse that would meet our our needs. Kirk in sales met us outside and asked if he could us, he did. Two days later he called us and told us about a beautiful Traverse 2022 that just came in as a lease turn in. That next day we signed papers for the Traverse. 3.7ecoboost is powerful. It’s a work van but has so many things that make it enjoyable to drive. Power assisted lane keeping is fantastic for helping you stay in the lanes. The sync3 radio is a very nice benefit too. Hopefully it holds up.

I have purchased TWO vehicles from this dealer. First purchase, was easy peezy. In and out but my 2nd vehicle I purchased their gap insurance (major bad idea) because the vehicle was totaled and I had to put in a gap claim. Make a long story short, Smart Auto tried everything they could to NOT pay off my gap claim but the finance lady Debbie wasn't having it. I called her with my concern and she called those folks up and handled this for me. 4 months AFTER the insurance agent paid the claim, Debbie put fire to the gap company's xxx and guess what? My claim will be paid in 5 days. I'm so happy and forever grateful for her because good help is so hard to come buy. I think I'm going to buy another vehicle from them just off this service alone!

Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.
