Has bit of notable road noise but you have to expect that with a cargo type van. Only had it 4 days now but I like it.

Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

The entire team at this dealership are true professionals. They all seem to care about making your car buying experience a memorable one. Andre, Tracy and Sales manager did an amazing job in getting me the best deal possible and out on the road in an hour. This is very rare in a Dealership and they managed to pull it off. This is the only place I take my heavy duty pickup for repairs they always get it done in a timely manner and very reasonably priced !! Recently, Maynard Heger handled a collision claim, quickly....appreciated his communication w/me on the status of the repair. While we waited for the parts to come in, he was able to get the damaged car over to the Service Dept. to complete 45,000 mile service checklist....saving me from having to come back to handle this task. Good use of saving time.
