My Ram 3500 suddenly went into "LIMP MODE" I was able to nurse it to a nearby Dodge dealership for assistance. After inspection The Service Manager told me there were wires under the dashboard that were not Dodge parts and my repair would not be covered under warranty and he had no idea how long or how expensive repairs would take. He then stated they had no loaner cars and Id have to go rent a vehicle to get home. I was LIVID!!! I called Krystal from whom I purchased my truck and spoke to Andy in Service and explained my situation. Andy asked me to hand my phone to the other Service Mgr. Andy instructed him not to touch my truck and that Krystal would picking it up and brought back to their service Dept. I wish you could have seen the look on his stunned face! Next morning my truck was picked up and after inspection by Andy and his fine crew of techs they discovered the problem was NOT any wires but rather the Power Distribution Center was faulty. My truck was PROPERLY diagnosed and repaired in short order and then DELIVERED to my home nearly 100 miles away!! Andy kept me in the loop constantly and communication was fantastic. All repairs were covered under my warranty as were my car rental fees. Service of this caliber is near IMPOSSIBLE to find these days but it is certainly alive and kicking at Krystal Motors. Needless to say I will travel to Krystal to Purchase our next vehicles regardless of the distance. Customer care has made us LOYAL to them. Again THANK YOU to Andy and his fine crew!!

My 2016 Jeep Cherokee needed a brake job and I didn't want to drive far. So I went to Krystal. What nice people! The service department guys were totally honest and caring.I was getting bored with my car and was searching for a good Certified Jeep. Again, I went to Krystal. They had exactly what I was looking for. I got a very fair price for my trade in. They didn't try to push all the extras on me. All in all it was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. They have a new customer for life! Highly recommended!

Excellent commercial van. This version only has the 120 mile distance range, but I never drive over 100 miles daily on my routes and it recharges easily overnight. Freaking fast van to be so heavy compared to my gas versions.

The staff was so professional, the buying process was quick and they worked quickly to get you the vehicle you wanted. Amazing service and they explained everything. My car always rides nicely (2007 fusion), but I have to say, since they worked on my brakes, the brake system has never felt better. After a frustrating 20+ week wait for my truck all worked out well. When the truck was delivered both mirrors were damaged. Marchese got the replacement parts and repaired the truck in four days. Nick was extremely accommodating and available through the entire process. I would highly recommend Marchese Ford and especially Nick! He's young and relatively new to the business but knowledgeable and professional beyond his years.

Recently I had my Ranger in for service and the entire process was excellent. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and was offered a loaner while in for repair. I was notified within a few hours of the issue with my truck and was ready for pick up same day. Service Department was very clean and Dealership was best in class.

Brought my jeep to the service department for an inspection. Service department was fast and knowledgeable!

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.
