Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Everest Motors, diesel truck division were a little slow in understanding the demands of my rigorous work schedule (6 days a week/12 to 14hrs per, or 21 straight ) which didn't leave much time to come in and inspect, review and pick up the truck. BUT, they quickly realized and worked above the norm to help close this deal. Brad Esmaeili, my sales guy along with the rest of the team, rose to the occasion and got it done. They also did some post sale work on the truck on a really simple erroneous error, code, sending it back to the mechanics to go through everything as they stand behind their trucks. In the end, I am happy and would buy from them in the future.

Only great things to say about this van. Most reliable vehicle I’ve ever owned. Comfortable for long distance travel. Handles well in snow, rain, desert heat, etc.

Ask for BRAD!! He’s not the traditional sales guy. We worked really well together. I requested to have a 3rd party inspection for my future Porsche with Garagisti and the Everest Team handled all the picking and dropping. I flew in from DFW and Brad arranged an Uber to pick me up. I had plenty of time with my Porsche with no rush from any Everest Team Member. Then the power went out. We waited patiently hoping it would come back. But it didn’t. Brad and the Everest Team attempted using their generators, iPads, Laptops but couldn't properly connect to their dealership server/ software. It just wasn’t working. Then finally one of the associates left to bring in their personal Ford Lightning which made all the difference. Within a few moments they were back online and keys were in my hand. I had a wonderful experience with my local Park Place dealerships here in DFW and now hold Everest Motors to the same standards. Top level service focused solely on their customers. The dedication and customer service at Everest Motors seem to truly set them apart. Overcoming obstacles like power outages with quick thinking and resourcefulness, the team demonstrates a commitment to ensuring a seamless experience. terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

Good customer service and smooth buying process. However, I would suggest they fix apparent scratches an dents prior to selling any cars. That will improve customer satisfaction.

I bought a used 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with only 51k miles at Fall Creek Motor Cars and it is in great condition inside and out. I am very happy with the truck. They have a really nice selection of Chevy trucks among other types of vehicles that are in great condition. They are priced competitively based on their condition and low mileage. You really get what you pay for, quality vehicles. Also, they have a free CARFAX history report on every vehicle they sell which you can view on their website. I have a 2001 Chevy Express van. 5.7 v8. Great van and have only had to do minor repairs. I did have to replace the fuel sensor and EGR sensor. I have had this van for years and have probably spent $1200 to 1600 in repairs including brakes, and to find a miss in it when running. The miss was found in a wire cluster inside a wiring tube by the oil dip stick tube that had been rubbing against something and was fixed by repairing the wire. This cost me $300 which was a very minor but costly fix. Otherwise it is a great van with over 200k and still going strong. I change oil and filter at 5k and flush coolant every 3-4 years, and put new sreering , brake and tranny fluid every 40k. My friend has a deisel van but the maintenance costs as simple as an oil change and glow plugs are way higher than my maintenance costs. He gets more MPG but his fuel is a dollar a gallon higher, so all needs to be taken into consideration when fuel milage is only a small part of costs of operating a vehicle. Plus the great flexability and use of owning a large van that can haul and tow larger weight with no monthly payments and lower insurance costs. Fuel milage is not a reason to pass on one of these great vans.

I bought a 2004 E250 5.4l AOD4R75W trans hightop conversion van (Conversion done by Regency) with 42 miles on it. Four and a half years later it has over 100,000 miles on it many towing a 28' travel trailer and drives as well as day one. It has been in the shop only once and I do all the routine maintainence. We have towed from Las Vegas to South Dakota and New Orleans. Heading there again this summer. It is the vehicle that is requested to transport kids all over the state for sports and youth group activities. Never once left me stranded.

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

This has to be the best car dealer I ever bought a car from. I was in the market for a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, and I saw the vehicle I wanted to buy from their website. I called this dealer, and spoke to Jaime Marroquin, their internet manager and my salesman. He explained to me the process of securing this vehicle since I live in San Antonio. A few days later, my girlfriend and I flew to Houston, and Mr. Marroquin took the extra step to pick us up from the airport. Everyone at the dealership, from the manager, finance staff, and others, greeted and treated us as if we were important. We were done and driving back to San Antonio in a little over an hour. I will be back in the near future to buy my next car from them! They deserve 10 stars instead of 5!!!

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.
