I NEEDED A CAR…I WENT ON AUTOTRADER AND FOUND A CAR I THOUGHT I MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN AT CAR NATION…I CALLED AND WENT DOWN TO MEET MIKE…MY PRIMARY CONTACT AT CAR NATION…AND TO TAKE IT ON A TEST DRIVE…I LIKED IT…I ASKED MIKE IF I COULD TAKE IT TO MY MECHANICS… WHOM I HAVE BEEN RELYING ON TO FIX MY CARS’ ISSUES OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF DECADES… TO HAVE THEM TAKE A LOOK AT IT…THE ANSWER WAS, “YES”…I PUT A SMALL DOWN PAYMENT ON THE VEHICLE TO SHOW MY GOOD FAITH…ALTHOUGH I WAS NOT ASKED TO DO SO…THE NEXT DAY I TOOK IT TO MY MECHANICS…THEY FOUND A COUPLE OF ISSUES WITH THE CAR…BUT NO DEAL BREAKERS…AND I ASKED THEM TO WRITE THEM DOWN…AND THEY DID…AND I WENT BACK TO CAR NATION AND SHOWED THEM WHAT MY MECHANICS FOUND…CAR NATION SAID THAT IF I STILL WANTED THE CAR…THEY WOULD FIX THE ISSUES AND I COULD PICK UP THE CAR AND TAKE IT HOME WITH ME THE NEXT DAY. THAT WAS FINE WITH ME. THE NEXT DAY…MIKE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THE CAR WAS READY…I WANTED HIM TO CALL ME BEFORE I CAME DOWN BECAUSE I LIVE 60 MILES AWAY… WHEN I GOT THERE THE NEXT DAY…IT TURNED OUT THAT ONE OF THIER MECHANICS…CHRIS…WHO WORKED ON MY CAR THE PREVIOUS DAY… HAD A FEW EXTRA MINUTES ON HIS HANDS…SO HE TOOK ME ASIDE AND TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT HE DID TO THE CAR FOR ME…AND SHOWED ME PICTURES…ON HIS CELL PHONE… OF WHAT MY MECHANICS COULD NOT SEE…THE NOT VISIBLE PARTS THAT CAUSED THE PROBLEMS THAT MY MECHANICS COULD SEE…THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES…SO TO SPEAK… I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THAT… IF THAT WAS NOT “BEING TRANSPARENT,” THEN I DON’T UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF THE PHRASE. ONE OF THE THINGS THAT MIKE TOLD ME WHEN I FIRST MET HIM WAS THAT CAR NATION PUTS ITS CARDS ON THE TABLE WHEN DEALING WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS…FOR EVERYBODY TO SEE…AND SINCE I HAVE NOW DEALT WITH CAR NATION…AND SEEN THEM DO JUST THAT FIRSTHAND…I’M A BELIEVER… THE LAST COUPLE OF THINGS MIKE DID AT THE CONCLUSION OF DOING BUSINESS WITH ME…WERE…WHEN WE STOOD UP…HE SHOOK MY HAND…THANKED ME FOR BUYING THE CAR…AND SAID, “NOW REMEMBER…WE PUT A WARRANTY ON OUR CARS…AND IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG…WE WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT…WE’RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE…WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE.” TO SUM UP… MANY SMALL CAR DEALERSHIPS…ARE NOTHING BUT LITTLE HUTS…WITH CARS THEY GOT FROM AN AUCTION…SITTING ON THEIR LOTS…OFTEN WITH NOTHING AT ALL HAVING BEEN DONE…MECHANICALLY…WITH THEM BEFORE THEY TRY TO SELL ONE TO YOU. THERE’S NOTHING WRONG WITH A DEALER WHO USES HIS EXPERIENCE AND BEST JUDGMENT TO GET CARS FROM AN AUCTION… BUT… WHAT DON’T YOU SEE AT THOSE DEALERSHIPS?...SERVICE BAYS… STOCKED WITH COMPETENT MECHANICS… READY TO MAKE YOUR CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE… A GOOD ONE. I bought the 2008 Chevy Express G2500 in May 2011 with the 2009 Roadtrek RV 170 Popular package added onto it. Fine performance from the 6.0L V-8. It has basic kitchen & bathroom, sleeps 3, with Onan generator, 3 water tanks, 30A RV power hook-up, water heater, 110V inverter, aux. battery, rear AC / heat pump, gasoline-powered furnace, 19" TV, DVD, small clothes wardrobe, ceiling fan, awning, plush seats, quite a bit of storage room, etc. It fits in a regular parking spot and is easy to drive. It only gets 14-15 mpg but that beats most RVs. It was expensive, but for all it does, it is worth the money. I plan on keeping it forever and making lots of camping trips across the country.

I just flipped as I had just spent a lot of money and Minn, my salesman said they will try to refund the money. Try scared me by behold the money was refunded. That is being as honest they can be. 163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

My first Nissan , I converted it into a solar camper. 10 K no issues. Averaging 16.2 mpg 90% highway. Rides great , still feels solid .

He guided me toward a safe car for my teenager and made sure that everything was right. When there was an issue with the car, he addressed it and fixed it free of charge.

I bought this 2500 3 years ago with the intention of building out a simple RV for regular and stealth camping. It did not work out due to bed height but what a great vehicle. This is designed for heavy use and for a personal owner, should last generations. The power is excellent, especially considering the MPG: 20-25 MPG in real world use. The handling is also surprisingly good, I've actually passed rental cars on windy roads. The view is beautiful and it is built in Germany and very well. It is not a wonderful tow vehicle as it is not body-on-frame but is rated for 5000#. So you could tow some toys or a small trailer quite easily. These are pretty stripped with only original equipment and there are few of these. You really do want the rear camera and some other stuff. Like other German vehicles, it adds up. When it comes to maint, this bus is the bomb, the oil change is easier than a motorcycle. Get the 4 cyl.

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. We rented one of these while in Iceland on a camping trip. It was tricked out as a camper van... what a great idea! We also got to drive one built into a Winnebago full on class C camper. Both were enjoyable but the styling and look is kinda boring. The front seats are quite short in the bottom and we're very uncomfortable on a long haul. The radio and dash were archaic and there wasn't enough plugs to keep everything charged. A lot can be improved in styling and comfort and ergonomics but these can be overlooked once you experience the power and great gas mileage.

I returned to I-Deal Cars in York because of a significant issue with a car I had purchased months earlier. The new manager, Justin, was very responsive to my concerns, and worked things out for me. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership in the future, as I would trust Justin to give me honest information concerning the they have vehicles for sale.

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.
