They were not very friendly, that’s all I will say. So I left and went to Car City because of all the great reviews and their selection of cars. I was greeted at the door by Doc and he really gave me the red carpet treatment. Sounds funny to write, but that’s how I felt. Car City did not care about my credit. They were willing to help me no matter what my situation was. Doc found me a Charger that they just got in and was not even online yet. This cargo van drives like a car not a truck; easy handling, far superior gas mileage to it's competitors. You won't be in the shop once a quarter or more like a Sprinter! It's Ford Tough! Just wish I could have had the CD player and the GPS at the same time.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

My husband and I had an overall good experience with Auto Trademark. Our salesperson, Zee, was very pleasant and thorough and took time to review all paperwork with us. He made an effort to make sure we were satisfied with our car even after our purchase. Our only wish would be that the regular price of cars be printed in advertisements with the "special" price for veterans printed in parentheses next to the regular price. We did not scroll down far enough to read this information and were surprised that the selling price for non vets (us) was around $1,000 more.
