Ok when I tell you my salesperson Ronnie Robles is the best he literally was very patient and helpful with me he pulled my up 3 cars when it was literally time for him to get off and leave he didn’t put me out he didn’t get angry he was just patient until I finally picked the car I wanted mind you this was Saturday and today i finally picked my new baby up and I’m in love with it thanks Ronnie and the whole Hoffman Estates family everyone was so helpful and nice no mean attitudes I got from anyone also to my girl Claudia she was the bomb she help me register my car to my phone and she also went over ever feature I needed to know about my car with me she took my pictures and she knew how a girl loves her pictures lol thanks Claudia everyone was just so patient you guys rock

Drove over 50 miles because this dealership had a car I was interested in. It was nicer than I even expected and a very good price, so my wife and I bought it. The sales people treated us great. I saw a black Nissan armada in car gurus, for sale at cars 147, i did check the pictures and got contact with this dealer, Amanda was on the phone and provided all info i request as i am in madison wi, well far from cars 147 and with no time to go there and see the car, so i ask for aditional video, which very soon i got, i did check carfax report, and all mi quiestions were anser in a totally transparent way, Amanda and Mia did act in a very proffesional way and very kind and efficient in anything, they ask me to send my mechanic for inspection but for me was not necesarilly, so we entered in a quick negotiations and did find and agreement, cars 147 was to deliver the car to my house, i pay the car in a very convenient way and the car reach me the next day in perfect condition and exaclty as decribed, now very happy and 100 satisficed with the car a bougth from them with not even going and see. a very good experience wit a very profesional team.
