After much copious research I bought a 2019 Malibu LT from Diamond Jim’s, my first experience with the dealership. Joe and Perry were knowledgeable, fair, and easy to work with—no high pressure tactics. No need to haggle and browbeat the staff, either, for a deal. The price of the car was previewed on Carfax, given “a good price” rating for its overall specs, and proved so upon inspection with no hidden after-market products to jack up the published price. Too bad there was no Diamond Jim’s when I bought my first used car way back in the 20th Century from a different dealership that filled the transmission case with sawdust to make it run smooth for a month.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I was looking for a safe car for my daughter, and happened upon a Hyundai at Auto House that was in our budget. I had never worked with them before, and was a little concerned by a negative review. Turned out there was no need to worry. They are a business, and won't hold a car for you on a "I might be interested", and no one should expect that from ANY dealership. I was interested in a car, so I wrote them a (refundable) deposit to temporarily hold the car so I could schedule my mechanic to review it. When my mechanic was available, I picked up the car and took it in. My mechanic found an issue. I still wanted the car, but I wanted that issue addressed. Auto House worked out a fair price to do the work, and the car was ready for delivery 2 days later. We've had the car a week, and so far no surprises which is what we were hoping for.

The quick lube part of hiller is great. They’re very efficient, answered my questions concerning other needed work. They also have a nice clean waiting area

Comfortable for short periods. Very reliable. No problems in 3 years. Strong ac. Great cargo space. Good stock stereo. Strong motor and transmission. My only complaints are minor like no tilt steering wheel and no pin on passenger seat lever for tilt down ( the lever keeps falling off so I glued it on). Other than that this is a great cargo van and would highly recommend.

I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

Terryn provided a flawless experience with consistent communication, follow ups, providing videos and info of the vehicle and even going out of his way to not just make the sale, but instead check to see if I was satisfied with the truck and the process. I live in Waukesha I couldn't make a deal on an incoming car, but I ended up ordering the car to spec from another dealer who had three allocations the dealers in Iowa, but it's gonna cost me $600 to ship the car which is not that bad because I'm saving thousands of dollars I previously purchased another brand of vehicle from this dealer as well but they're one of the largest Ford dealers in the Midwestern United States, which is how they ended up getting my business originally they have a big presence on all of the ford forums so the deals are out there people you just have to look for them. It's not 2022 anymore And ford sales numbers of public Especially when it comes to models like mustangs. But at least I tried to get my local deal of the business first and I provided evidence to them of the deal I could get because you know how it is. They always say that you're lying about the deal you can get. Etc etc etc Do your research you can always save money. It's a Ford. It's not a Porsche GT 3RS OK.
