Amazing experience! Steven Verizzi was wonderful to work with. This is the third time we bought a vehicle from Emmons Autoplex, second time that we worked with Steven Verizzi and we couldn’t be happier, he is absolutely amazing! And their coffee machine is great too.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Its the kind of commercial vehicle I was looking for and could not ask for something more reliable . I usually take to a ford dealership twice a year for maintenance and it has produced great mechanical results for my long distance rides. Hey guys, go for it!!!! would not regret it.

A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.

I cannot begin to describe how great the people are at this dealership. Michael D was helping us and was great. He knows his product and is there to truly serve the customers. Jason D was amazing as well. One of the best vehicle purchase experiences that we have ever had. I highly recommend going to see them. Also a shout out to a few others that were so nice. Brandon was great! I was buying a car for my oldest son, Inlive in AZ, my son lives in IN, and the car was in Michigan. Brandon was ultra helpful, I requested that he Facetime time me so I could inspect the vehicle inside and out. Then, Inasked that he start the car & drive it for me as well! He didn’t even hesitate at my requests, just service with a smile. Thus all occurred in the late evening just before the dealership closed and Incalled to purchase the vehicle the next morning! Lastly, I needed to ship the vehicle to Indiana and Brandon connected me with Runner Runner Transport. Long story short, the car was delivered to my son within 48 hours, without incident, and HE LOVES THE CAR!!

This vehicle had everything I wanted, but one draw back it had been used to pull a 5th wheel so there were wholes in the bed.

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

On 11/2/2021-I took my car to have the recall for my hood serviced. Cynthia took care of me in the service department. She was friendly and kept letting me know how much longer is was going to be. I was serviced in the time she had told me. I had forgotten to ask them to look and a piece of rubber that was hanging down. She quickly had someone fix it for me. Very pleased with southern Nissan of Orlando.

Has bit of notable road noise but you have to expect that with a cargo type van. Only had it 4 days now but I like it.

We really like the transit, we didn't want too many bells and whistles and the XLT offered all that we needed. Keeps the price down a little and we really like the styling. Lots of head room. Back seats look a little stiff for long trips but we haven't tried them yet. Like the styling and we are looking for some aftermarket wheels to make it unique.
