I found what I wanted, except for color. Two other dealerships didn?t have the color I wanted either. Customer service was very good and helpful. The young lady was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I bought a well -used Jeep. The Salesman, Matt Bodgen, was very polite and returned my phone calls promptly. He is an asset to this Company. No pressure what so ever. Best thing, a very low DOC fee.Unlike others in the area who like to slide in a DOC fee of $600.00 or more. Who likes to pay an extra 3 car payments for a ridiculous DOC fee. Century is at $249.00 which speaks volumes about their business.They do care. After I bought the Jeep and drove off it started to throw a few codes. Instead of saying "Oh well, bye bye now", they took the vehicle back and repaired it till it was fixed. They went above and beyond. Pretty hard to find an honest Dealer these days.

So thankful for the service staff at Jack Ingram Nissan, they always go above and beyond for my family. We always look forward to seeing their smiling faces when we go in for service.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

Can never say enough about how glad I am that I chose to return to Thompson's for my second GMC purchase. The first time Bobby D. was so helpful that I requested him 2 years later when I returned. He does not pressure you. He finds out what you are interested in and why, how will you use it? He then gives you options that are available. He was able to answer all kinds of questions about how the vehicle operated etc. He is so likeable. When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions. Plenty of room to carry the grandkids and still room in the back for carrying things. Navigator 2.5 L engine, back up camera, towing package and great features throughout. It's like driving a luxury car. I love my 2017 transit connect van !
