On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!

Salesman was not pushy. Very helpful. There were a few cosmetic issues with the vehicle, but they had just gotten it in and out did not concern me. The appearance of the dealership is very basic, but I think that is part of the reason they don't have a ton of fees. They were very transparent about everything.

Love the room and the power. Hate the bouncy, bumpy ride. With no drink holders.seatbelts for the very back seat would tighten scary tight around a small child.

This van is just what I need for my business. Has the room I need for everything. Great gas mileage. I use it for my service calls and it does all I need it to do.

Best dealership in town. There’s no other dealer in Illinois that compares to this one. I’m a passionate automobile enthusiast with no patience for xx and THIS dealer has NONE of that. I walked in and I was greeted softly and warmly by the front desk discussing the reason for my visit and understanding if I was browsing or looking for something specific. When I spoke about a specific vehicle I wanted I was referred to Tiffany the sales manager. She was as warm and welcoming as the front desk people were. Tiffany paid careful attention to what I wanted and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured. I felt MY time and what I wanted is what mattered to her, which it did! She introduced me to her product specialist Roland ( With a cool Cowboy hat and a great sense of humor to accompany it). While Roland knew full well I wasn’t in the market to buy a car in the near future he still spent almost 2 hours with me discussing my options, my needs, and how to get those needs taken care of. By the end of my visit, Roland helped me place an order for the exact vehicle I want. Despite not making a sale that day, they invested those nearly 2 hours in MY NEEDS and they showed me how much MY time meant to them. I’m almost 40 years old and I’ve never purchased a brand new car before in my life, and you know what? This is the place that’s going to happen and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Roland for explaining things so well and exploring everything down to the last detail to get me what I want and what I need. I only visit this dealership because Carlos is working in the service center. He is always great. He takes care of my vehicle quickly and I can always trust that my vehicle is fixed right.

Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.

Normally, I like car shopping about a much as going to the dentist. Thought about trying online, but then I found Chris at Kunes in Antioch. It was refreshing to feel like I was being listened to instead of talked at. Chris worked with me, not on me. I didn't feel pressured or like I was just a notch on the old commission belt. We will definitely be back! I would recommend Kunes just based on the service, but the selection helps too!

This Van is pretty cool I have lots of leg Room the vehicle have lots of power I really enjoyed the color, And I like a starting options from my cell phone.

He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter
