He did everything possible to help handle the un-expected repair costs. We know the service was needed and feel it was a fair price for what needed to be repaired. We had a GREAT experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi! Our sales lady (Alexa) was fantastic. Answered every question and was super friendly. Keven in finance was also wonderful! We don't shop for cars often....but the next time we do, we'll start at RC Hill Mitsubishi! On a scale of one to five, five being the best, I give them a nine!!!!

Great cargo van - just what we were looking for to convert into a camping base camp for hiking and fishing excursions in our retirement.

Joel was excellent at presenting information about the broncho. I was very happy with how quickly I got in and out. My only complaint is after spending $70,000 on a truck they could at least offer to detail it! I had to remove the sticker from the window which is not much but was a pain!!!

My service advisor Ryan was excellent in everything he explained to me and was very polite and will continue to use him,he called me on the status of my vehicle and to tell me it's ready

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

Told us to bring our Prius in, and they topped off all of the fluids, and inspected our car NO CHARGE. No other dealer would be this GREAT, and extend such a COURTESY! If we move down here we WILL BUY our next vehicle from Gettel Toyota!!!
