It was by far the best experience of purchasing an automobile I’ve ever had. Very courteous and helpful. I actually went to GMC dealers in Va. and NC and they couldn’t help me get the SUV I wanted. Went to Cars.com and submitted 3 notice of interest to 3 different dealers and Zeigler responded within 5 minutes. No haggling and gave me a more than fair quote. I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Juan was helpful, efficient, and great to deal with. Honest and fair and no “used care salesman” vibe. Fast and simple negotiation and purchase.

I love this van. The only thing wrong is that the A/C doesn't work. I notified my commercial rep, Andrew and he said to bring it in at my earliest convenience.

Well, just purchased van and like the handling and cargo space . I use it mainly a a company work van. It is used both for work and recreational.

I had the some problem with Labadie Buick Cadillac in Bay City - made all arrangements and drive 36 miles got there and a couple grabbed it out ..after all the promises from sales the night before that they would be waiting for me. bad bad bad policy

Only place I trust to get all my work done. Tinted windows, tires, sub woofer, rain shield on moon roof. This place is the cats MEOW THE OWNER IS AWESOME.

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

I was skeptical of buying from a used dealership but they had exactly the car I was looking for. Joe was very helpful and attentive and made the process easy. My skepticism was misplaced regarding these honest people; I would highly recommend buying from Paris Motors.

On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!

I had heard about Paris Motors from word of mouth,and after researching their history and seeing all of the good reviews, I decided to go and see what they had for me. I found that they had many vehicles in my price range and I found the perfect one for me. The staff was helpful, but in no way pressuring. And they really swear by their prices being a fair deal, for a car that will last. I bought out of state from MA and Mass did not make this process easy but Steve Beidler and the rest of the team did an amazing job of helping me out however they could from their end. Steve specifically was the main reason i didnt just say screw it and not do the purchase when MA was making every single step diffucult.

I purchased this van (extended cargo 2500 series) new in '99 and have about 70,000 virturally trouble free miles on it. I'm retired and use it to tow a lt. wt. 2,000# trailer as a camper for about 6 mos./yr. As I tow in 3rd I get only 13-14 mpg. but solo, it's gotten as high as 21 with consistent 19-20 in OD. It's comfortable on long hauls out West and it's been in mountains, etc. with no noticable effect on proformance. It holds bikes, boats, supplies, books, 2 cats and my wife and It's still quiet and I love the view from the "top" in the drivers or pass. chairs. I would have loved to have had the all wheel drive option in that in the winter, I rarely take it out as I live in a high snow and hilly environment. In short, I'd have no trouble recommending this vehicle...just the caution about driving in snow conditions with hills.
