I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

October 26, 2025, my car needed scheduled maintenance, which included oil change, new filter, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. As always, Arnold Chevrolet Buick dealership service department was excellent. It was easy to schedule an appointment time that was convenient for me. The advisor, Brandon Coraci, was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. My wait time in the clean and comfortable waiting room was short. All the service was performed expertly. I have purchased/leased 6 vehicles from Arnold Chevrolet Buick dealership. I have only had the Arnold Chevrolet Buick dealership service department do service on my cars. For 25 years, I have been, and I continue to be, very happy with the sales and service departments at Arnold Chevrolet Buick dealership of West Babylon. I highly recommend this dealership.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Took my 2015 SL400 in to correct a faulty trouble signal. Vehicle was taken right in and was promptly hooked up with a loaner. The issue was resolved by the end of the day and I picked it up next day. It all went smoothly.

A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.
