Its the kind of commercial vehicle I was looking for and could not ask for something more reliable . I usually take to a ford dealership twice a year for maintenance and it has produced great mechanical results for my long distance rides. Hey guys, go for it!!!! would not regret it.

I had an awesome experience at Driven Auto Sales in East Dundee. From the moment I walked in, the entire process felt organized and efficient. They greeted me right away, got me into the system quickly, and had everything ready for the in-person visit. The way they handle appointments and pre-approvals really sets them apart—no waiting around or wasted time. Eddie Baker was my salesperson and did an outstanding job. He had the vehicle ready, answered all my questions without any pressure, and made the paperwork easy to understand. The transparency and professionalism at this dealership are top-notch.

The maintenance and parts are pricey but they provided a good service. Most Hyuindai dealerships seem to charge the same, so I'll mainly rate them on service. They did exactly as I asked and didn't push me to get other things done. My only complain is that I got there at 3:00 PM and was promised to be out by 5:00 PM but I didn't get to leave until 6:14 PM just for an oil change.

I made an appointment for an oil change & my car was making a sound when braking. Carlos went above and beyond to have my car inspected & find out exactly what the problem was. I have never been disappointed. I know I?m in good hands with Carlos!

Car was just what I was looking for. They were knowledgeable and helpful. We came to an agreement for the car and the transaction went quickly. I like the small atmosphere- they allowed me to make a decision in my own time and didn’t pressure me or give me that “sleezy used car salesman feeling”. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I own a 2015 and I think it's an excellent vehicle, The heat and Air conditioning works great. I like that the side mirrors defrost automatically I think that's a great feature in the winter. I've never had an issue with the engine it runs fantastic and goes forever on a tank of gas. 25 combined mpg

I have bought many cars over the years, all across the country and this was a trying experience, because of my commercial financing but Robert and Mark were very patient with a long drawn out process. They tried very hard to help me get the vehicle I was looking for for my business. This van is used by our moving company for local box deliveries, packing material shipments, and transport of employees to and from work sites. It has worked great so far.

I can't say enough about Sherman Dodge and more importantly my sales person Armando Bulnes.
