Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

We had the best experience EVER at Round Rock Hyundai. We live in College Station, TX. We had a definite number in mind that we could afford monthly. Round Rock Hyundai is the Only dealership that met our needs. And as for the professional, friendly, courteous employees, they are TOP NOTCH!! No pushy sales talk just listened and made things happen to our benefit. Above our expectations in fact. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Why? Because when my sales representative, Joseph, introduced himself to me, he told me he was a newby, so i didn't mind the boilerplate questions he's been trained to ask. Then, when introduced to the Sales Manager, Kevin, I was able to tell him exactly what I was looking for and needed and he with little wasted time, was able to make a good, fair deal for both of us. I really appreciated that, as I felt my time was valued and they did not waste it. Finance was also very transparent and they got me a very competitive loan from another credit union., All in all, hard to imagine a better experience.

The team at Apple Commercial Leasing helped get us 3 trucks for our company. They were able to get us a better deal than we can find anywhere. they worked with our budget and helped us set up business TRAC leases on the cars. This will help our company grow and scale when we need more cars and save money! We spoke with them on the phone, emailed in out application and the next day we were picking up our cars! total of 30 minutes! wow! When was the last time you bought a vehicle and spent only 30 minutes? They also did a vehicle for my friend who only needed one car. She still got the professional treatment and the savings! This is the only way we will get cars from now on!!!!!!!!

Doing the type work that I perform the van was an excellent choice, able to carry repair parts on board which decreased my time at job sites and less hardware stops.

I am greatly pleased with the top notch customer service that I consistently receive at this business, in particular their “Chuck’s Super Lube” department. Last month, I purchased a set of tires from them because they were the most affordable. (It was a great experience!) And last week, their Express Service Manager, Dan Ray, demonstrated his technical excellence in helping his team to solve my “engine warning light “ problem in a remarkably short time. I was so pleased! I will continue to recommend this dealership whenever the opportunity arises!

I work a lot of hours and a single mom so my time is limited, so he brought me the truck I wanted to see and drove mine to get appraised.
