After 40 years of driving pick-up trucks,we decided to try one of these and we are stoked. It handles great , gets great gas milege holds alot of cargo and is comfortabe to drive. Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C

The first day I showed up no one assisted me or asked me any questions so I left. I then reached out asking if the vehicle was still available and was responded to very quickly. When I showed up to look Jeremy helped me right away and was very kind. Let me see all the seats because I am looking for a third row. Unfortunately that car was not right for me and he didn’t make me feel bad or like I wasted his time he was just happy to help me. I really appreciated that.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Drove 2 hours to look at a Mercedes Grace Auto Group had on their lot. I had several questions regarding the vehicle before driving 2 hours to test drive it. My questions were promptly addressed and answered. The car was in excellent condition as advertised. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I bought the vehicle! My salesman Blenner was a joy to work with and made the process smooth and pleasant. We also met with Rob the Manager who went over the final cost of the vehicle in detail.
