Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Today, purchased the 2013 Nissan Juke, 112,600 mile for $9,995 today. It will be ready Wednesday or Thursday this coming week. My sales person Amy was excellent. She knew I had a firm budget (retired) and she found two great vehicles to test. The Jeep I could have taken home today with less milage... a little older, however, Jeep mph versus the Juke..., Nissan won even with higher mileage. So far, I'm "a HAPPY CAMPER"! I can't foresee any problems from now until pick-up. So, I'd say, if you need a reliable used car, Amy is knowledgeable and, in spite of the packed waiting room with eager customers, we were never abandoned. Note; yes, the sales people had to multi-task at times. Understand, at these reduced prices, compared to any dealerships for used cars... Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

I had a really great experience working with Michael Rose when I bought my 2021 Mach-E. He was super communicative, answered all my calls, replied fast to texts, and even got back to me on his days off. At first I honestly just came in to test drive a Mach-E and wasn’t planning on buying anything, but Michael was very honest and trustworthy and ended up helping me find a Mach-E that fit exactly what I needed and stayed within my budget. He never pressured me at all. The paperwork process was really smooth and easy. What I liked most was how Michael treated me like a friend during the whole process. He’s really funny, easy to talk to, and it never felt awkward or salesy. He even came in on his day off just to get the deal done a day earlier than scheduled because of snow, which I really appreciated. Even after I bought the car, he kept checking in to see how everything was going. When my tire pressure was a little off because of the cold, he helped get it taken care of super fast and was very flexible. This isn’t one of those dealerships where you never hear from the salesperson again. It was a pleasure doing business here and I honestly don’t see myself using another salesman in New York. I recommend Michael to everyone.
