I was searching for a certain truck with all the bells and whistles that I wanted, they had the truck that I was looking for. However they were 400 miles from my home. Robert was more than helpful in securing this truck for my purchase. It was able to hold it for two weeks until it was able to get there.

Brought my daughter's car in for a scheduled oil change. Service dept. realized that inspection was due in two months and they offered to do that also at the same visit on a busy Saturday. It saved us another trip to the dealership. When it was all done car was serviced and washed and it was done in a timely manner. Positive experience!I

He took his time, answered all the questions and made the purchase of my new truck a lot of fun! The woman at the front desk, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, was awesome. She was on top of everything. Jim Fronzaglio, the manager, was very friendly and kept checking to make sure we were okay. Also worked a fantastic deal. We didn’t get to see Mark Wolf, the finance manager, as he wasn’t in today. However, he has done the financing for our first three vehicles and love working with him. Thanks guys! This had to be one of the easiest buying experiences, outside of carvana, that I ever had. Everyone was friendly and attentive. No extra push or pressure for extras and were decently fair in regards to trade in. In and out within two hours. Definitely would by from them again.

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

Has bit of notable road noise but you have to expect that with a cargo type van. Only had it 4 days now but I like it.

Comfortable for short periods. Very reliable. No problems in 3 years. Strong ac. Great cargo space. Good stock stereo. Strong motor and transmission. My only complaints are minor like no tilt steering wheel and no pin on passenger seat lever for tilt down ( the lever keeps falling off so I glued it on). Other than that this is a great cargo van and would highly recommend.

I took my Chevy Equinox in for body repair on my right fender. I called and made an appointment and had the papers emailed me to fill out and fax them to the shop. On the day of the appointment they where ready for me with a rental car and everything went smoothly. four days later my Car was done, turned in rental car and took my car home. Hats of to the Colussy and the autobody shop for a job well done.

This place has awesome service. As soon as a walked through the door I was greeted by Adrian Ashmore who immediately helped me look for a vehicle after I gave him a quick idea on what I was looking for. Adrian was quick and professional and knew what vehicles he had on the lot and quickly found me a gorgeous vehicle and than helped me knowing I wasn't great on credit to know what to come in with to help my odds on getting approved. Adrian took it to Beth Williams who was quick and professional and told me how it could go and was quick on getting everything ready and seeing if I would get approved. Once I was approved Beth was great at getting me through all the paperwork and the coverage I wanted. Good power and drive ability, with lots of room inside, comfortable seating. Feels sturdy and stable. Heat and air conditioning work well. A great vehicle for iur RV trsiler tow mission.

Just purchased a 2012 f150 from jacks and could not be happier! The staff was very helpful and understanding. They even got me a manual at no charge which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them if your looking for a new vehicle.
