Excellently designed, Inside it has the right space for the right purpose. Outside it has a nice appearance. Safe while driving, but has a degree of uncertainty while backing up in parking lots. The gas fill up door is sensitive at the gas station attendants handling it. Preferably to be used on smooth roads. On rough roads its suspension is too rigid and also the transmission and engine oil pens are low at a high risk to be damaged.

Ok. Normally it's all good. This time a lot of good and a point of consideration. I absolutely appreciate being kept informed about the services related to my car, and after buying my third Mercedes with you and my history with Tyler Jordan, the trust that I have in what he recommends has gotten to a point to where I honestly no longer question it. I more often than no just say do it. He has been a true professional is every aspect of the title. He keeps me informed and always responds to my texts. AND I KNOW HES BUSY!!! This car is great for traveling around town with a lot of big dogs. Space for crates, not a high step for dogs, great fuel efficiency!

On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!

It is highly utilitarian, no frills. Highy efficient fuel wise. Semi automatic transmission annoyed me at first but actually works extremely well. Only relibility problem was bad battery ground connector cam lock. It caused lots of problems.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

If you are looking for a great ride and roomy for travel-this si ti. We have driven this conversion van to and from California twice (from Arkansas). Rides very nice and gets almost 19.5 MPG on the road with the ever dependable 5.4 liter engine. Both front and rear air work great with surround sound stereo. GREAT BUY for the mney.
