I’m very loyal to the Acura and Honda brand, and with good reason. The cars and SUV’s I’ve purchased have all been great quality and they hold their value! I’ve now purchased 5 vehicles from Acura of Berlin and will continue to do so because of the professionalism of their staff, their commitment to their customers and the quality of vehicles they continue to sell! Erica was my salesperson; she’s very knowledgeable and worked with me to get the deal and car I wanted. Larissa, the Sales Manager, continued to check in with me throughout the finalizing of my purchase! Tony, the General Manager, accommodated my request to push up the timeline of when I was able to pick up my vehicle due to me and my family’s vacation. He does a great job running the dealership. Tom in finance worked hard, and overtime, to make sure that all of my paperwork and financing was all set to finalize the sale! I also need to give a shout out to Keith who manages the service department! Him and his staff are awesome! I highly recommend Acura of Berlin!

I've used Hoffman Toyota and Honda for many years; both for sales and service. There is not a better dealership in all of CT. I think they are great. Just traded in my Honda purchased from Hoffman Honda for a used Genesis from Hoffman Toyota. Smooth purchase and great staff!!! I'll continue to be a dedicated customer for all my automotive needs. This is an AMAZING dealership. We purchased a few months back. Our salesperson Fran was awesome. He didn't push. He showed us the car we wanted to see. It was just as advertised and sold itself. Jake, the business manager, was awesome. Everything was so easy. Brought the vehicle in this week for my first free oil change. Right on time. One hour as promised. Their on-site restaurant was great. I had lunch, and my car was ready. Full inspection and topping off fluids, checked brakes and tires, battery, etc. I wouldn't buy a Kia or Ford anywhere else. This place has got it right. Kudos on great customer service!!

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

During my search for a new Chevy (I had the GM card with $8000 off a new vehicle) I found that certain dealerships were friendlier and more helpful than others. I was pleased with the interaction of sales and service at Middletown Chevrolet (Key) especially after being cut down by another salesman at another Chevy Dealership - will NEVER go back there ever. Mike in Sales, Devin/Josh in service are definitely great reps of the company. Both the purchase of my 2025 2RS Trax and first service went very well. Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.

I bring my fleet vehicle here for repairs/maintenance. Other dealerships have treated me like a second class customer because the fleet company pays for everything. I have never once felt that way at Sullivan's. They are always kind and have gone above and beyond for me at times. My husband became a loyal customer here because of their great customer service.

Worked with Steve, didn't end up buying but he was super nice and upfront with us. A much better experience than some of the dealers we talked to on this journey.

This is the second used car we have purchased here. We like that they post a link to the carfax on their website. That allows us to research the cars we are interested in before going for a test-drive. These are not auction cars but decent trade-in cars. The buying process is straight forward. They performed a safety check, changed the oil and gave us new brakes all around. We will be back when we need another!

I had a issue with may keep machines Metro and spoke with Jayson..he was very professional and helpful...made things very easy...after my car was looked at I had the pleasure of dealing with Orlando...he was so helpful as also professional...he and Jayson set me up with a courtesy ride back to work and later in the day Orlando made sure the driver came and picked me up to get my car..Both of them made my life so easy.....

I bought a car there yesterday from Paul. He was diligent, thorough with the out of state paperwork and even took care of an issue with the car that was discovered after we closed the sale. If you are looking for a no frills, fair, no pressure shopping experience ask for Paul.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.
